عندي برزنتيشن انا اخترت عن هشاشة العظام او جهزت العرض كمان او صور بس المشكله الحين مو عارفه كيف اشررح ياليت تسعدووني بالجمل
والمشكله الثانيه ياليت الي يعرف انجلش ايساعدني يتأكد لي من الجمل صحيحة ولا لا
Osteoporosis
What is Osteoporosis:
Osteoporosis is a condition of decreased bone mass. This leads to fragile bones which are at an increased risk for fractures. In fact, it will take much less stress on an osteoporotic bone to cause it to fracture than it would on a healthy bone.
Difined as the silent disease over the long years of :
1-lose bone density .
2-bones become more fragile lose hardness.
Women are more likely than men because:
1-Bone women lighter and thinner.
2-hormonal changes.
:Factors that lead to osteoporosis
1-Gender and Age 2 - Hormonal factors 3 -
Pregnancy more than three times in a row.
4-Smoking 5- Genetic factor. 6- Underweight 7 - I said exposure to the sun
8 - Lack of exercise 9 - alcohol 10 - Diseases of the digestive and malabsorption 11 - address long-term medication such as cortisone
12 - thin for women 13 - are taking certain medications 14 - to increase the activity of the thyroid gland 15 - Liver Disease 16 - Depression 17 - chronic renal failure
What are the symptoms of osteoarthritis?
Patient at the beginning stages of the disease is not suffering from any symptoms specific to the name of this so-called silent disease
In the later stages, it suffers from some symptoms
1 - a continuous and frequent pain in the back 2 - pain in the limbs 3 - curvature of the back 4 - gradual decrease in length 5 - short stature 6 - fractures when exposed to shocks less
Prevention of osteoporosis:
1 - the work of exercise regularly.
.2 - to stop smoking
3 - Do not drink large amounts of coffee and .caffeinated beverages
.4 - eat dairy products in sufficient quantities
5 - Exposure to sunlight.
. 6 - when bending to get things
