لكن هل هونفسه الذي تطلبه المدارس الاهلية من المعلم وتعده الموجهه لذات المدرسة ؟

96 ـ فى أثناء قيامك بالشرح لأحد المفاهيم أبدى بعض الطلاب سلوكا غير مرغوب فيه وعندما أشرت لهم بوجوب الانضباط لم تكن أسبابهم ايجابية ولكي يتعرف الطلاب ممارسة المحاسبة الذاتية فاى التصرفات الآتية ترى أنها الأنسب

ا- توجيه الطلاب إلى الاعتماد المتبادل فيما بينهم

ب- تعرفهم على سلوكيات التوجه الذاتي

ج- تعرفهم بمسئوليتهم الفردية داخل الحجرة

د- إلغاء الأنشطة التي ظهر من خلالها السلوك الغير ملائم



97 ـ لاحظ معلم أن هناك تباينا بين استعداد احد الطلاب الموهوبين للتحصيل وقدرته الفعلية على التحصيل يمكن تفسير ذلك بعدة تفسيرات ليس منها

ا- صعوبة الامتحان

ب- صعوبة المادة

ج- عدم فاعلية طريقة التدريس

د- مدى معامل الذكاء العام

مساء الخيرات ،،، طبعا هذي اول مشاركه لي في المنتدىً... وراح تكون عن كفايات ،امس اختبرت وكان الاختبار اربع أقسام ( لفظي) و ( وتربوي وهذا اللي جبت العيد فيه كله غريب عجيب عن الطالب والمعلم والنشاط ) و ( كمي ) و ( التخصص E).
30 سؤال لك قسم والزمن ساعتين ...مطلوب منك السرعه لان الوقت مررررررره ضيق !!
ونصيحتي لكم خذوا فكره عن المناهج وطرق التدريس /التقويم/ إدارة الصف /تقنيات التعليم /النمو المهني
النشاط الطلابي:smile (30):
وبالنسبة للفظي كان عن الأخطاء الإملائية و علامات الترقيم و المفردات و المضادات
وبالنسبة للكمي لازم تكونين حافظه محيط المثلث و المستطيل و المربع و ومساحتها - وجدول الضرب عشان تضربين بسرررعه و المسافة تساوي السرعه في الزمن جابوا سؤال عنها و المتوسط الحسابي و الوسيط و المنوال
وبالنسبة للانجلش جابوا عن الفوكابلري والقرمر وجابوا عن طرق التدريس و كان مره صعب وكثيييييير أكثر من المفردات والقرمر :smile (30):
و راح أحاول افتكر و اكتب لكم بعض الأسئلة اللي جابوهااا

الفرق بين المنهج والمقرر*

* عندما يريد مشرف تقويم اختبار تحصيلي لمعلم ومدى ارتباطه بالمنهج واهدافه
فانه يقيس او يقيم : صدق المحتوى
* قطعه فيها ضب وثعلب وارنب
والسؤال اختاري عنوان مناسب
* قطعه عن قائد ينصح جيشه وكان السؤال وش الصفه الي فهمتيها عنه
من ضمن الخيارات شجاع ومقدام اخترت مقدام
* قطعه عن ان الاطفال صغار السن يتاثرون بتصرفات معلمهم ونفس الشي اختاري عنوان مناسب
* معنى كلمة ضراوه
* قطعه السؤال عليها علامات ترقيم
* قطعه فيها فراغات وتعبينها بترتيب الكلام المناسب
وكان الخياار الصح بل- و - كأن
*قطعة الارنب ولثعلب والضب كان فيها سؤال ثاني معطيك مقتطفات
منها وكاتب الخيارات حقيقه / رأي
الخيار الصح حقيقه - رأي - حقيقه
* فيه كم سؤال عن الحاسب
من ضمنها لو بترسلين لمجموعه وواحد منهم تبينهم ما يشوفون ايميله ولا يدرون انك
ارسلتي له وين تحطين ايميله والخيارات :subject- cc - bcc- to
* الثاني صوره للمواصفات لكمبوتر للبيع وحاط لكك المواصفات السرعه والرام والنوع وملخبطها
الاجابه الصح : توشيبا وسرعته 2.53 و وذاكرته 4 غيغا
* لو علق عليك جهاز الحاسب من برنامج كيف تحلين المشكله بدون ماتسكرينه
من ضمن الخيارات ALT+CTRL+DELET اظن هو الصح
والثاني ALT+CTRL+F5 جربته ماعمل شي
والثالث فيه SHIFT
* سؤال الاملاء الصحيح لكلمة شواطيء
* موقف تعليمي لو شفتي طالب ازعجك جدا ويتعمد الفوضى وش الاجراء المناسب
من ضمنها اني اشغله باعمل خارج الصف _ ولا ارسله للمدير والمرشد الطلابي -
او ابحث وراء الاسباب
* ايضا لو معلم اشترك في ورشه فنيه لتقنيات التعليم اايش الاجراء
اللي يتخذه عشان يستفيد اقصصى استفاده
* صورة بطاقه فيها معلومات طالب ونقاط القوه والضعف ويقولك كيف ووين نستفيد منها
الخيار اللي اخترته كان اننا ندمجه مع المجموعات اللي نقوي
فيها نقاط الضعف ونحافظ على نقاط القوه او شيء من هالقبيل
*عطوك زي المفهوم وقالوا ايش هو اتذكر الخيارات
النمو المهني - المعرفي - التعلم االنشط
* موقف ان المشرف التربوي اجتمع بالمدرسين
واعطاهم مواقع الكترونيه يطلعون عليها عشان يناقشونها المقابله الجايه فايش نوع اللي سواه
و فايدته : منها ينمي التعلم الذاتي + التعلم النشط + يكون علاقات جيده مع المعلمين
* ايضا ان من برنامج خادم الحرمين يرسل المعلمين
للدول الي اخذوا مراكز متقدمه بالرياضيات والعلوم فايش السبب : منها نقل نظم التعلم
او عشان يستفيدون من تجربتها أو عشان يكتسبون خبره مع نظرائهم

* وجابوا حمد قطع 250 كم ب 5 ساعات ،،
كم من الوقت ﯾاخذ عشان ﯾقطع 650
كم بنفس السرعه اللي كان ﯾسوقها ؟ اخترت الجواب 13 ساعة
* صوره فيها احداثيات ن _
الخيار اخترته عشوائي ماعرفت
* وفيه لو اختبار درجته 70 وكان السؤال 1 و3 نفس الدرجه
و2و4 نفس الدرجه كم درجة 1 و2؟
الجواب اخترت 17+ 18
* بعد لو 4 اقلام قيمتها مدري كم( اظن 6 ريال ) فكم تكون قيمة 10 اقلام
الجواب 15 ومتاكده )
*مجموعة كلمات ويقولك ايهم املائها غلط
كانت اتذكر إحذر لانها تكتب بدون همزه
*بعد كلمتين في بداية جملتين
ويقولك همزة قطع ولا وصل
* جمله فيها ادوات العطف
دخل محمد - خالد - علي
وقالك محمد وخالد دخلوا سوا وعلي بعدهم مباشره فاختاري حرف العطف المناسب
* اذا طبيب وصف لمحمد الدواء ياخذ 3 حبات يوميا والعلبه فيها 81 حبه
كم اسبوع بستمر باخذ الدواء : الاجابه 4 اسابيع
*مرادف كلمة سخر بكسر الخاء
والجواب استهزء
* مجموعة اطوال متكتوبه بارقام عشريه قال رتبيهن من الاصغر للاكبر

* التغيير في stress يغير لي ايش والخيارات
كانت information- morpholgy-rythm- meaning
* المتعلم اللي يتعلم يطور كفاءته في لغة ثانيه ايش نسميه
* معلم يعلم طلابه المترادفات فاييش اقل كلمه تعبر او تعني prototype:
model- picture- sample- وفي خيار رابع
واظن الصحيح picture
* استخرجي الصوت الشاذ من هالكلمات
كانت :salt- fault- halt- ,mask
اخترت mask
* موقف تعليمي لما يكون عندك شيء مختلف او غريب في ثقافه
بتدرسينها ايش طريقتك :
الخيارات هل بتعلمينهم المختلف عن ثقافتهم بعدين المتشابه
او المتشابه اولا بعدين المختلف
او المختلف بس
او ما تعلمينهم اي شيء عن الاختلاف
*سؤال فيه قاعدة while طبعا اخترت الخيار اللي فيه ing
لان while اللي معاها simple past فالحدث القديم قطع الحدث الجديد الي مستمر
فالفعل هنا ing
* كم سؤال طريقتهم يعطيك جمله ووراها اربع خيارات فيها الجمل ملخبطه الترتيب
ويقولك اي وحده فيهم صح وما غيرت المعن بالجمله الاصليه
تقريبا اربع اسئله كذا
* وحاط لك جملتن عن حواء وادم وخط تحت كلمة prohibited
وبعدها ااربع كلمات ولا وضح وش يبي بس فهمت انه قصده كلمه نفس المعنى واخترت forbidden
* جمله فيها يتكلم عن grandfather ومن ضمنها
خط تحت passed away والخيارات يبون المعنى
كانت gone on- slipped, deceased الصحيح الكلمة الاخيره
* برضو ايش الapproaches اللي يمنع فيها
التحدث بmother
والخيارات : situation- direct- communication-
grammar translation
* اكثر مصدر شائع ناخذ منه كلمات الانجلش من الخيارات
blending- compounding- borrowing - و خيار رابع نسيته
