Speaking by Writing

I'm still learning English .. I have a small question about speaking .. Do you think that I can learn how to speak english by writing ?
I'm looking forward to hear your answers

I think writing is a good way to practise the language.If you have a special way in writing you'll definitely be a good speaker unless you're a shy person


Writing gives us the chance to visualize our grammatical mistakes which are easily forgotten when spoken

I think it's true that writing is a good practise for the languge . But still i belive speaking in English is more important to learn good English . I've seen alot of English teachers who are Excellent in writingand teaching , but they can't make along conversation . I usually say the best way to learn a languge is to start by listening and speaking writing comes at the end .
