أود التنبيه إلى خطأ في تصميم الاستبيان وهو وجود عبارة" Next Page" في آخر الاستبيان. أي أنه لا يوجد صفحة ثانيه . هو فقط صفحة واحدة .

So, don't care about the "NEXT PAGE" sign.

This survey is excellent and amazing. However, why I can't move to the next page after I finish answering all the questions.

Many thanks for answering the questionnaire and for your positive comment. I'm grateful for your kind words. For the next page, it is my mistake. I made some modifications on the same page and forgot to delete this "next page" sign . I mean there is no next page, it is just one page.
