Hello everyone
i.ll explain one of the most important grammar today

present perfect

first of all: i.d like to be helpful friend and this is my first subgect here :158: let.s start off
present perfect simple vs present perfect continuous

I've done vs I've been doing
It isn't always easy to understand the difference in meaning between these two tenses!
In general, we use the Present Perfect Simple when we are more interested in the result of the action and we use the Present Perfect Continuous when we are more interested in the action itself.
example:

(We are interested here in how he spent his day - playing tennis.)
Hello John. What have you done today?
- Oh hi there! I've been really busy actually. I've written a report for my boss, and I've made about: telephone calls.
(We are interested here in the results of his day - the report and 20 telephone calls.)
As a guide:
With the question How long... ? we normally use the Present Perfect Continuous. With questions like How often...? or How many/much...? we use the Present Perfect Simple.
How long have you been sitting there? (continuous action )

and thanks for your attenation with me , if ther any mistakes about the information please tell me and thanx again
