السلام عليكم
هذا مقال عن الطلاق...
لي عليه بعض الملاحظات..لكن ماحبيت أعدل فيه لما أشوف وجهة نظركم...
اتمنى تصحيح الأخطاء إن وجد,,,, الله يجزاكم كل خير

DIVORCE
Our Islam religion has shown us that divorce is one of its laws which can be allowed to give more chances of reconciliation between a man and a woman.Alo,divorce may be one of human rights. When divorce happens, the divorced woman has to wait three monthly cycles in husband is still responsible for her maintenance and expenses. She has to remain at home at this period and she must not leave the house of the divorcing husband .This may be a great chance for reconciliation as well as to keep her material right during the three months waiting period. Also, that period can make the woman be sure if she is pregnant or is not. That period can make relatives and other members of their families do their best to help toward a reconciliation. The Quran says ''And if you fear a breach between the two, then appoint judge from his people and a judge from her; if they both desire agreement, Allah will effect harmony between them<surely Allah is

Divorce should be occurred in cases of irreparable break down of relationship and the partners become in the hell of life.Therfor,divorce,although stigmatized as ''the most loath some of states in the eyes of the Lord" is made possible when it is the better of two bad roads.
Since Islam's aim is the firm establishment of marriage, in the interests of this objective certain liberties are denied. The right of divorce is given to the man only, except in very exceptional cases. This is to safe guard the best interests of woman and save them from falling victim to passion.
Islam fences in the man's power of divorce with many limiting safe guards. man may not put away his wife by violence, harassment, injury or in away led her to a life of immorality and corruption. Thus Islam has dealt removing differences and restore understanding in family life.
