دعت الإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم بمنطقة الرياض "بنين" كافة التربويين من المعلمين ومديري المدارس والمشرفين إلى المشاركة في مؤتمر "تحديد معايير تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية" الذي تنظمه السفارة البريطانية بالمشاركة مع المجلس الثقافي البريطاني، ووزارة التربية والتعليم والمؤسسة العامة للتعليم الفني والتدريب المهني خلال الفترة من (5-7 ربيع الأول 1428هـ، الموافق 24-26 مارس 2007م)، بفندق ماريوت الرياض، من الثامنة صباحاً وحتى الخامسة مساء.
وأوضح مدير عام التربية والتعليم بمنطقة الرياض "بنين" الدكتور عبدالعزيز بن محمد الدبيان أن مثل هذه المؤتمرات والندوات ذات فائدة للمتخصصين في مادة اللغة الإنجليزية لذا تمت دعوة مشرفي اللغة الإنجليزية للمشاركة البناءة والحضور الفاعل، وللمعلمين لمن يرغب في المشاركة في الفترة المسائية، على ألا تؤثر مشاركتهم في المؤتمر على القيام بمهام عملهم

وللمعلمين لمن يرغب في المشاركة في الفترة المسائية، على ألا تؤثر مشاركتهم في المؤتمر على القيام بمهام عملهم


والله تشجيـــع وحث المعلمين على الحضور واثراء المؤتمر بآرائهــم

حتى بالمساء يؤثر على العمل !!

وراح يكون المؤتمر بفندق الماريوت بالرياض


بس التاريخ ذا مو مؤكد حاليا لأنه رجعوا أرسلو لنا ايميل كتبوا فيه انهم راح يخبرونا بالتاريخ الاكيد

British Council Conference:

‘Setting Standards in ELT in Saudi Arabia’



The British Council regrets to announce the postponement of this conference, due to take place on March 25th and March 26th, at the Marriott Hotel in Riyadh.

By order of the Royal Protocol Department, EMAARA, the Marriott hotel and conference centre has been sequestered for the Arab League Summit: March 23rd- March 30th.

The British Council has been unable to secure an alternative venue that would fulfil all the requirements for this prestigious event.

HOWEVER, we intend to change the date and we are hoping to go ahead with the conference later this year.

British Council Conference:

‘Setting Standards in ELT in Saudi Arabia’




The British Council would like to announce the new dates that have been set for the ELT conference, entitled ‘Setting Standards in English Language in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’; organised by the British Council in Saudi Arabia.

The conference will be a three day event that will take place in Riyadh on the 30th October 2007, 31st October 2007 and the

1st November 2007 at the Marriott Hotel, Riyadh.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

All applications received so far have been accepted.

Please ask colleagues to send their applications.

Further information regarding the conference schedule will be provided at a later date.
