village = the place contain a little people - little houses - little roads
city = bigger than village its contain more people houses and roads
town = it like the city but it containall services like ministries-college -airprt ..etc
country = the region thats contain all above thing like saudi arabia and this word sometimes mean the village


example
village = thurma - muzahmiah - afif
city = alkharj - shaqra
town = jeddah - dammam - riyadh
my information is no sure but i try to help or up your subject

First of all, this is a good question becuase it shows your language sensitivity.
town= is a place where a lot of people live with houses, streets, shops etc such as Taif
city= a big and important town that is often the center of government for an area, has a lot of trade and industry, and is likely to contain political ,educational and religious institutions such as Riyadh and Jeddah.
village= a very small town in the country.
country= an area of land used for a particular activity and lived in by particular peolpe.
