Hello everyone
I come to you now with a new idea " I think"
And I wish you like it
The idea is more likely to talk freely, openly and unconditionally
express your feeling spontaneously Against or with anything
you believe in or think that
it is the true ,,
Choose your title and write what ever you want
You don't have to respond to the previous writers if you don't want to
While you are welcome if you want to
The idea is all about exposing to different
issues and interests
http://vb.alshahen.net/images/smilies/f1.gif
I'll Start
Social Insurance
Tears and weakness
Salam to the people who work in the Ministry of Social Affairs
There are many people struggling so hardly to win an eight
hundred riyals monthly, people age around 70s , 80s and some
are30 and 20 years old
They all live the same sufferance to get their salary that the
Government specialized to them …
Why is a big and full punctuation mark
!
Why delaying their salary for stupid reasons
They live by the well of God then this salary
I personally exposed to some of the reasons they are saying
One of my relatives said that the employed in the Social Insurance
in the office of Jeddah asked him to proof that his 80 years old
grandmother is not married again
How come
Is that a question to ask
Is that a deserved reason to mention it in order to delay their salary
Is that the way they work
Another stupid reason is to prove that your old woman is still alive
in spite of the fact that
she is really standing infront of him and while she is talking to him
They believe in papers more than a true old woman stand hardly to
show herself to you
Many people said that they delay their salary that they can use it in share
" Money Market"
I'm sorry to say that but it is something we live it in Jeddah
And still I didn't give the complete picture ,,
Now who's gonna Shoot
Aseel

asked him to proof that his 80 years old grandmother is not married again
I really laughed hard when I read this sentence
How come they don't feel ashamed when asking such stupid questions
I believe this is the situation everywhere, not only in Jeddah, Try
The employees are not to be blamed for I think they recieve orders
from bigger heads :)
Ya Allah, How could those people survive in this life with an 800 riyals
..............................
Thanks so much Try for the great topic .... At least we can speak freely here :)
And it's away to practice our English before it decays

But ! O
What if you see this view on a thirty man? How possible you accept this appearance? O
Is he still in need to follow such fads? Or t here isn't an specific age for such behavior? What if he was in a position to be an example for the elder? O
I really don't know!!!! O
Is there any answer for my questions? O

yes sister it is ,, but the idea is not because a BUREAUCRACY is a BUREAUCRACY
i mean the draw and meaning of the word itself !! more rather than the practice

What is more important for you when chosing your wife or your husband : Apearance or personality?
of course any one of us want that her husband (or his wife) to be good looking
but the problem is that the majority of people pay extreme attention to the apearances and ignore
The principles, the moral, the quality ...of her or his partner, which is of course more important
Besides if a partnership will be based only on apearances it will definitely fail , because any partnership should be based on the principles
as well as morals of both husband and wife

I remember asking my brother about how he looks
hahaha
Everyone was just talking about how decent he was
I have to admit that I knew how he looked like since he's one of my relatives
.....................
See, the outer beauty will never last .. what lasts is the inner beauty
Even if that guy is so handsome ... you won't be able to live with him if his morals are down
On the contrary, you may fall in love with an ordinary guy for his kindness and the way he treats you
especially if he's treating you as a princess

these days life pretends so difficult
of course some are talking about the appearance and rarely those who look after education
a man want a woman to shape her the way he wants
yes appearance is more critical for some families but not all
take for example myself or our family and don't ask lol
we married each other as
Al-Ashraf family
we don't marry any other family nor our children go out the family to any other tribes
of course we have some exceptions but this is the rule now

a 28 year old man wants to marry a 13 year old girl

||● Government & Private Sectors ●||
I worked in a private company about 7 months ago for 2 months only,0
then I moved into another job which is in somehow considered as government one, till the present time.0
My issue here is the difference between them, in business field, experience, work time, …etc. So I’ll speak in general.0
In private companies, the working time average is between 10 to 12 hours, except for Thursday as it’s a half working day and a day off in Friday.0
In addition, the salary is not that good in comparison with the required tasks that need to be daily done.0
Furthermore, you’re nothing but a working machine that never stops.0
On the other hand, the government field, mostly like the exact opposite.0
The working hours are from 7:30 am to 2:30 or 3 pm. Less work, good salary…etc.0
Here I will summarize some important points.0
In private companies, in spite of lacking the salary and the daily hard work,0
you get an excellent experience in your field which will be useful in the future.0
In the contrary, the government field is for those who only look for money,0
and never think of a brighten future or being expert in their business field.0
So, what do you think of these 2 sectors?0
What’s the best for us ?0
which one to choose?0
There are many questions in my mind now,0
but I will be willing to read your opinions, whether you agree or disagree in some of the above mentioned points.0
Who's gonna shoot or chat?0

Back to the topic
when I graduated from college, a private sector adopted me
actually, they offered me the job when I was still at college
I took only one month vacation after finishing the college and then I started working :(
I was working for 8 hours a day for 3500 riyals a month
But what they had done to me was something amazing
they taught me how to face the world, how to deal with different personalities
I was attending so many presentations and conferences where I met famous writers
you can never stop improving yourself there
I got an opportunity to join the government later
It was a real shock :(
better salary and less working hours
but you feel sad for yourself and never satisfied
I feel that I haven’t improved a bit since I joined the government :smile (92):
What’s the best for us ?0
which one to choose?0
There are priorities in life which sometimes determine our choice
Joining the government means that I can spend more time with my baby who is my first priority
Sometime, I feel like regreting my decision
but I quickly remove that idea from my mind for my baby deseves
my time and effort :)

I think not all private sectors are the same
well I can't say that I'm satisfied with my current job but at least
thank Allah that I have one although I'm looking for another
What I don't like in this job is that the employee is treated as if she
is a moving machine which never stops
work a lot :smile (84): , earn a bit
besides there is no chance to practice my English with others

Yeah I can feel you, it happened with me. Three months ago, I resigned from a job at Siemens Ltd. Company and moved to King Khalid Hospital, I swear to God, I've been regretting it ever since (Thanks and praises be to Allah for everything) and till the present, till this very moment I'm writing to you, I suffer from the unarranged work that's totally like a huge mess, as I'm an Admin. Assistant, I do my best everyday to make my work easy and under control, the next day, the huge mess is under their control.

You know sister, one of my worries before I graduate from the college was , the English language, as I've been thinking every day & night about having a job in a place where I can practice my English, thank Allah I had it at Siemens and here in the hospital, most of the letters I type and the calls I receive everyday are in English.
I really wish you the best in finding what you really need and dream about, and May Allah help you through it, Amen

since I'm teaching in government school, there is no chance to practise English

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM
It's my turn to chat and shoot.
But, what issue should I raise? mmmmmmmmmm .......yuricaaaaa
i have 2 questions:
did we do our best to defend our prophet, muhammed (peace and prayers be upon him) ?
Did we do anything special to aid our brothers in Gazza strip?
My answer is a big noooooooooooo.
We are darm busy talking about English and how we can improve our accent and enrich our minds with new english vocabulary that will decay in our minds without being used.
We are busy with the issues of sport :
Isam Alhadari escaped. isam al hadari returned. isam alhadari apologized......
our TV is very busy (ya 7aram) presenting the opinions of the street about the match between Hilal and Ittifaq.
Also, who will lead our league this year
ALASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, WHAT A HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC SITUATION WE ARE LIVING.
When someone commits a grammar mistake in the forum, many Shakespears , and language inventors appear to defend and show his or her muscles to correct this mistake> some say this may be an error , not a mistake. others may pretend that it is a slip of the tounge.
However, when our prophet (peace and prayers be upon him) is insulted and humiliated, no one moves to defend him .
OH!!!! IM SORRY. THIS IS NOT YASIR AL-QAHTANI OR THE RETIRED SAMI ALJABIR.
So, isn't it a good topic to discuss and shoot.
LET ME HEAR THE NOISE OF YOUR SHOTS

Walikum Alsalam
i have 2 questions:
did we do our best to defend our prophet, muhammed (peace and prayers be upon him) ?
Did we do anything special to aid our brothers in Gazza strip?
My answer is a big noooooooooooo.
Regarding our prophet Mohammad (Peace Be upon Him), it might be a big no from you but not all of us, we all know that Allah The One and The Only who judges us for our deeds whether good or bad ones, and even if we intend to do something but we didn't, we get rewarded...., we're not perfect we do what we're capable of, sometimes it's of a considerable extent outta our power, yet we do it.
As for Ghazza, what do you want us to do..!!!! don't we pray each day and night!!! don't we boycott all the damn things that come or belong to our enemies ..!!!
With respect to your inquiry, again you're still having a big no,,,
We are darm busy talking about English and how we can improve our accent and enrich our minds with new english vocabulary that will decay in our minds without being used.
In brief, Knowledge is never ending....!
When someone commits a grammar mistake in the forum, many Shakespears , and language inventors appear to defend and show his or her muscles to correct this mistake> some say this may be an error , not a mistake. others may pretend that it is a slip of the tounge.
I don't know why I get the feeling that you're pointing at someone!!!?
Lemme ask you this, ARE YOU PERFECT? Definitely, NO,,
First, " To err is a human"
Second, "Don't we learn from our mistakes!?"
It's not a shame thing to do, yet the bad habit is to realize that someone had mistaken but you never tried to give a hand when you know it's wrong.People sometimes think they aren't in need of any help as they scorn the one who tries to help'em, either they're blind to see, or of a high level than any other, yet we're the same......
However, when our prophet (peace and prayers be upon him) is insulted and humiliated, no one moves to defend him .
Ok then, what kinda moves you're talking about. Please explain!!!
I wish my comments are of no bother at all toward you
Take care

Dont misunderstand me, bro Mean to be
.
i am a muslim like you and other members. no one is perfect.
we all commit sins and but our prayers for forgiveness is the thing which do to hope the bless and forgiveness of Allah.
i amnot pointing to anyone in person, but my pain and broken heart on our prophet (pbuh) and our brothers in Gazza is the thing which obliged me to talk in such a way.
What i mean is that y dont we make more efforts in talking about these issues more than the things we usually do in the forum
I am not bothered or angry about what you have said. in the contrary, i am very glad and pleased to hear someone who has a reply.
May Allah bless you and all members of the forum thank you.

I don't believe me
It's just a diversity in opinions... as I'm more than glad to read such a different topic and of a high importance as well.
You're completely right , what have been happening lately, break the heart and cause it to bleed, on the other hand you raised another issue which wasn't at anyhow compared to the first one.
Let me dot the i's and cross the t's,
What made me think of raising this thread of our brother TTR, was to read as more important, different, and valuable issues as possible, besides I put that in mind that sooner or later, this thread is gonna be dead..!!!
Sorry to say it, but whenever you read an important topic that needs to be discussed with others, you end up reading only one common and popular word that is " THANK YOU",,,,!!!!, it's kinda shattering what you've been expecting.
So, you might be a reason to share me and others as well what you have in mind and heart, whatever the issue is.
Sorry again for my wordings , as I feel it's the time to reveal'em
May God bless your soul bro and reward you for every single sensation and sigh towards our Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and the Muslims out there,..,

It's hardly safe, though, talking here
I'd best get out of reach
For such a weight as yours, I fear
Must shortly sink the beach
Insult me thus because I'm stout
I vow I'll go and call you out
I put that in mind that sooner or later, this thread is gonna be dead..!!!
Sorry to say it, but whenever you read an important topic that needs to be discussed with others, you end up reading only one common and popular word that is " THANK YOU",,,,!!!!,
Dear Khaled you are absolutely correct
but thats if we really stop at the word ( thank you )
and spend times and times looking at it , thinking and mourn about it !!

Farewell, farewell to hope

Last week, my sister decided to buy a new abaya. We went to different malls until finally she found what she was looking for. As it goes, she put a down payment SR.500 and the salesman told her to come back after 5 days to get her abaya. It was yesterday. She asked me to accompany her and I agreed. We got into the shop and the salesman handed her the abaya.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOps
It was not what she asked for. The salesman argued and swore that this was the design she had ordered last week. She asked the man for her money back. He refused. She called her husband who happened to be nearby. He came to the shop. Once the salesman saw my brother in law, he silently opened the drawer and handed my sister her five hundred.
Just like that. End of story.
It seems like men have s common unspoken language among them which only they understand.
While we were leaving the mall, I told my brother in law that he shouldn’t wonder if soon he will have me as his brother in law rather than his sister in law.
Now I understand why my mother used to say when I was a child……
Oh mother I wish I was a boy!!!!!!!!!!

The subject matter of the story :two women don't equal one man.
No need to wish to be a man just have a man around.
Some men love to steal women's money in the absence of other men.

In the country of men ( I don't mean the book here ), where the word equal does not exist, wishing is a subject matter..

It’s men’s world
I agree with your point to some extent
Men can feel free to do or pracice anything
with no worries they'd draw attention to them
but women are a bit different
to be accurate totally different
It's freedom that makes men superior than women
but that doesn't make it their world
It's ours too
May be the salesman has no respect for women
and thought that "cause she's a woman she's weak
I can get away with it "
but that can't be measured on the rest of them
dear dead you seem to be a strong and confident person
and I think you can have your own place among men easily
I think you can be recognized as a woman of will with out
wishing that you were a boy
Thanks dear

Hi again
^^
Yes men are free in Saudi Arabia to do with women what ever they want .
Hallelujah
What are you hallelujing about ?!
I didn't think that any one would take my words the way you did!!
you're generalizing my point of view
In any society men and women differ
and no one can do whatever they want with any one
specially in Saudi Arabia
I agree with you that there are men who do what you've said
but they are an exception and in many societies
not only in Saudi Arabia
thanks

Soap Bubbles
http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/5567/soapbubblefz1.jpg
They are formed of soap water
When you blow air inside them , they get bigger and bigger
They usually last for a short time then they burst
and disappear into the air again
Children enjoy blowing and bursting them
Especially when they burst you can see them
smile and laugh all the time
.
.
.
I always say that a problem , any problem ,
is the same as a soap bubble
There is a time when it expands bigger but
time will come when it burst and disappears again
as if nothing has happened
.
.
.
Let's take the Turkish series for example
Some people are going crazy about them and defending them
Others are opposing them nad you could see the whole forums
are filled with threads about them that goes the same with
the above group
While the first and the second group are discussing
and talking the problem grows bigger and bigger
and the tiny winy series becomes a phenomena
in our society
.
.
.
There is no need to spend all the time and effort
writing and discussing that issue
It'll fade away by time
There are much more dangerous issues that
really needs the wasted efforts and time to be discussed
and find solutions for them
.
