Which skill improve the language ?

Today I want to ask you this question :


I want to improve my English & develpoe myself as fast as I can :smile (84):

coz I am a teacher and I think my language is so simple >
it doesn't satisfy me

To improve your writing skill write every thing you want .Write about your hobbies, interests or write e.mail to your pen friend

I think speaking-Reading
try to practice your English in your home,hospital,school with your students.Try to read novels,magazines,books that interest in english language.look for any new words in dictionaries.

I think listening and reading .
Watch films and read books or novels

english >> but you can say all the skills you must practice it ..

As for my personal experience
I improved my English by chatting with natives ( Writing ) and watching movies (Listening)..moreover I
try to use the same sentences with the same pronunciation..exactly

sometimes I write while watching movies.....it's an easy way to to practise writing and to learn slang
Finally, as I always say to my students .....Learn English from Cartoons

I think the most important skill in learning English is reading

because once you read, you acquire a correct language and you increase your vocabulary

in additon, it makes you get use to the perfect formation of words order

then, if you learn something through reading try to practice it in speaking

that will make the information stick to your mind

that is my personal opinion

SILENCE is one of the major characteristics of the English language classrooms...
However , a great emphasis should be given to speech production , The importance of
oral expression should be recognized , Learners should be engaged in a rich environment
.... to stimulate speaking

No doubt , oral practice (speaking) is of vital importance in order to study English perfectly
