مطلوب مني بحث باللغة الانجليزية عن ال young teacher )المعلمة الصغيرة

Well i would say that the young teachers are comming right out of university so everything is still in their mind. They knwo the new techniques and etc.

However i personally find someone whos around 35 are the best teachers because they have years of EXPERIENCE and know exactly what they need to do in order to teach somebody.

I also find students will listen to younger teachers better.
An advantage that young teachers have over old teachers is that young teachers have had greater exposure to 'new' teaching ideas. Older teachers tend to be more punitive and punish every bad behavior, or permissive and let everything slide until the teacher blows. Newer teachers are being taught a more constructivist approach
