It is really a big deal when talking about some negative social issues such as provocation ,careless driving....and so on ,especially those cases, which may turn to be called phenomena ((singular is phenomenon)).
Neither individuals nore public could come up with new strict methods to make such mentioned-above matters completely solved. However, today I will have your attention ,if you do not mind ,to talk about something else which becomes, to most of us just as if, it is a normal behaviour .Before starting ,let me ask you this question. Have you ever met a friend ((or somebody else you know well))somewhere and you noticed that he gave you a cold shoulder??!!I think the most answers will positivily assure that it is really a big deal. .
It becomes a familiar to see or meet someone you know well and notice that he pretends as if he never saw you .In my point of view, such weird conduct may be justified by those who did it as a kind of avoiding being in an embarressed situation as they thaught .However, they have forgotten that Islam orders us to start saying the Islamic greeting(( Peace ,Mercy and Blessings Be Upon you )) once we meet each other .

My best regards

Yes , some people do those kind of things you mentioned above

but I don't think that we can call them friends

A true friend never gives a cold shoulder

That's why those people won't deserve to be called friends

Best of regards

It's sure a nice thread

Thanks.

That's really a bad phenomenon seen and noticed everywhere
!
Though as you said our great religion asked us to be kind and smile to everyone
to whom we know and the others we simply don't
Thanks dear for discussing such a topic
