Many of non-Muslims think that woman dose not have any rights or freedom in Islam, because many Muslims can not explain woman rights in Islam clearly. They just keep comparing between woman rights before and after Islam. They do not mention the truth about woman rights in Islam such as the word woman or women is mentioned in The Holy Quran as 33 times as the word man or men. Moreover they do not mention that the woman has the same duties like the man such as praying 5 times a day, going to pilgrim, fasting Ramadan and all the other duties which we have in Islam. When Muslims are asked about Al-Hejab and why woman should wear it. As it is said it controls woman's freedom, they can not reply that Al-Hejab dose not prevent woman from being successful in her life and the meaning of the freedom is not how to wear but how to live
So who is the mistaken us or them
I wrote it because I have listened these words from my American teacher who convert Islam recently

the mistake is when fake muslims said women is free to ware or not to ware Hijab
for sorry those are effected by western thoughts
but the true Muslims should show to all that Muslim women got their right to do what ever she like under the rules of Islam which designed to protect her
the women in the eye of Islam and shareea is a flower which should be protected by following these rules.I saw once in Opra show she said the number of violations in Muslims countries is lower than West
Thank you for this grate subject

Masha'a Allah
May Allah reward your teacher and maintain him on the straight path
the idea sister is Not on how we present Women Rights
before or after Islam
the idea is about some Shikhes Minds
and those who gave themselves the rights to judge on Women Good and Women Bad
actually among Muslims Nowadays No Scholar can give the complete Truth about what its Good for Women or what is it Bad
Let's take
Women Driving for example some people say its ok for women to drive and others say No way
its ok
should we return to Sunnah and Kitab and see is it right or Wrong
they say there is no a frank text that said Women can or can not drive
and its all jurisprudence
in Islam there was one meaning for every thing people can discuss about
but Nowadays
we have too many different Schools among Muslims
people in Egypt agreed on Women Drive and some Gulf Coutries
Saudi Arabia No
and I'm not calling for Women Drive if anyone may see this
please nobody misinterpret my words
I'm just discussing why Muslims nowadays differs

But they (mankind) have broken their religion among them into sects, each sect rejoicing in its tenets.

Dear rani99
Wha a great topic you talk about? O
Let me ask you this my dear: Who reflect the beauty of our religion?? O
We're. The Muslims women
O.k let me tell you this my dear; before we ask any to write about the rights we've, we should act as we really have them
Take a look to our female muslim impassadors how they act as if they finally found the freedom in the other lands
Take a look to the girls& the ladies what they do with thier Hijab during thier travilling
The problem sometimes is us my dear, not them
Why we act badly, then wounder why people treat us this way
Thank you rani99 for such usefull topic
I really enjoy reading it& share my opinion.O
