First, I hate the title. Being a Supersomething is not something acceptable.
When I first came to the job, I,
tried to use a different title like “instructress” but my boss kept on correcting me. So I finally realized that I’d
better live with it.
Second, no matter how kind and sweet, I always feel unwelcomed. Even when I go to visit relatives and happened to meet some teachers, once they know that I’m a supervisor, they resent me. They get their weapons ready to shoot me dead.
Third, I’m always blamed for all the Ministry faults and wrong decisions " if there is any":smile (64): . No matter how hard I try to explain to the teachers that I’m only a chess piece. I am moved by others but can’t move others, but to no avail.
No matter what, doomed if you do doomed if you don’t.

Thank you Mona
One of the things I really miss in being a supervisor is this human touch.
Students give you a direct feedback. They show their feelings instantly.
If they understand you or if they don’t.
If they like you or if they don’t.
I always use English in my discussion with the teachers.
But sometimes I ask a question and the teacher keeps staring at me.
I realize that the teacher doesn’t really understand what I’m saying.
I have to switch to Arabic.
I remember once I was talking to a teacher about something and I asked her
But you are married, aren’t you?
And she answered, “I don’t know”.
I switched to Arabic immediately.
Believe me it is very difficult dealing with teachers.
because
No matter what, damend if you do doomed if you don't.
My best regards :smile (101):

My first day at school as a supervisor was a real shock to me.
When the Ministry chose me to be a supervisor I thought they did so
because I was a distinguished teacher that no other teacher is as good as me.
But I found marvelous teachers, in comparison to me, I score myself a big O.
I went back home thinking………Why did they choose me?
but no matter what, damend if you do doomed if you don't.

as a teacher I saw many teachers chose by themselves to be supervisors
no one asked them to be so
but you're absolutely right
our teachers' level in using E. Language is low
)-:
no body has to blame poor students considering some of their teachers
but as for me ... I can see that me and my new teachers group treat our amazing supervisor just like high school students when they really like , respect and have faith in their teacher
So my advice , Do like my Super. Be open , cheerful and kindly strict with them
and teach them all what have made you a great teacher
believe me , Teaching isn't just a talent ..it gotta be taught by models...like you
