الأجوبه تختلف من إنسان لآخر
و هذا اجاباتي

1) how he/she motivates employees.

1) كيف تحفز الأعضاء عندك أو الموظفين ؟
Any leader have to encourage his employees so they can give their best.
A good leader is the one who encourage his employees to get the promotion whether with an appreciation certificate or an additional money to his employee's salary.

2)What is his/her philosophy of leadership?
2) ماهي فلسفتك القيادية ؟
I believe that the perfect leader is the one who treat his employees fairly. And follow the way Prophet Mohammad Peace Be Upon him treated people around him. To be smart and easy going especialy when he face some troubles or difficulties in his job.

How has
3)his/her leadership style changed?
3) كيف تغير أسلوبك فالقياده ؟
Its good to vary in his methods ,to act firm and reasonable and to be responsible and democratic in other way.
