New English Teacher

hi everyone in this helpful forum . I'm a new member and I'm a new English teacher . I will start working from next week . I need your advice as old and experienced teacher , how to deal with your students , to have control on classroom , to effect on yor students positively . what should I do to make all my students like English . should I always speak
in English ?
what if there is no one understand anything ? I don't like to speak Arabic in English class . please help me and I'll be grateful

first of all congratulation for your new job

I think if u will speak just in English

the student will not understand you

speak in English but when u explain the geammar

try to translate the difficult one in Arabic

وبالنسبة للسيطرة على الفصل اتبع قاعده

لاتكن ليناً فتعصر ولا تكن صلبا فتكسر

يعني كل شيء بالوسط

ونصيحه الطلاب والطالبات إذا شافوا معلمهم يضحك معهم تروح هيبته

يا حسرة عليا انا معلمة ممتازة فقط في مناهج الطالبات ولكن لا اجيد التحدث بالانجليزية او بمعنى اصح ثروتي اللغوية قليلة جدا نفسي اتكلم بلبل اذا سافرت او رحت مطعم ساعدوني اش تنصحوني
