Any one who studies English language, sould meet slangs and idioms
And here I bring some of them and what do they mean
American slangs
Bomb= very bad
Cheesy= cheap specially for clothes
Get so bent= get angry
Clip you= cheat you
Cold fish= dull
An all nighter = someone who wakes up
Have a big mouth=talkative
A blimp= very fat person
Benched= out of the game
Big sting big issue
Air head= stupid
Collar= arrest
Catch some z's= sleep for short hours or short nap
Blow a fuse = get very angry
Blow a money= lost money
Idiomatic Expressions
Sort of windbag= talkative
Way with wards= persuasive person
Stick to the point = to stay in one subject that is being discussed
Loves to hear herself or himself= enjoys talking for its own sake
Can not get a word in edge wise= not getting a chance to contribute to the conversation
To talk behind your back= say negative things about another person
Can talk you into anything = to persuasive someone to do or accept something
To have a sharp tongue = to talk sever and critical way
Pull someone's leg= to fool someone
