Hello abodeem
The correct form is how are your parents?
Parents is the plural form of 'parent', and is used to collectively refer to both your father and mother.

Now 'is' is a singular verb, and can only be used for singular nouns like 'parent' : Suppose you are referring to the mother only, you can ask 'How is your parent ?' [It would of course sound better if you ask 'How is your mummy ?', but this is grammatically correct.

But when you are referring to both the father and mother, you must correctly ask 'How are your parents ?', or better, 'How are your mum and dad ?' " cool

Now what about : How is your parents' health? In this way, it's correct :) right? ciao
