In developing countries, teaching is a job that anyone can take up.

Well, as a matter of fact this issue
is universal but as 3rd world we need to be developed in many
fields and the most important field is education.
Weak programs are offered to the students at universities so if the in put is weak ,
the out out will be as well.
So, if universities offer strong programs
we will get competant teachers ,if not it will be the same and may be worse

why saudia students dont teach english languauge as a basic language in forth year of elementry school
