As the friends mentioned above , you can name the restaurants also in the nationalities..

there is another vocabulary in LEVEL 1 Unit 3 Lesson 1

" cuisine "
it is almost the same meaning of restaurant but " I THINK " but I'm not sure that it is more specified to one type of food like Chinese restaurants we call them Chinese cuisine
because they just offer the CHINESE FOOD ,
not like some restaurants which offer variety types of food such as turkish, egyptian and Yemeni in the same time...
