الكلمات الثلاث answer , reply , response ممكن ان تكون فعل او اسم
المعنى بالعربى فى حالة الفعل ( verb ) يجيب - يرد - يجاوب
فى حالة الاسم( noun ) اجابه - رد - جواب
ولكن ما يوضح الاختلاف بينها هو الامثله والشرح التالى

answer

something that you say, write or do to react to a question, request or situation

NOTE answer, response or reply?

Reply is slightly more formal than answer and is used especially in written English.
It is often used when reporting a conversation or to refer to a written answer to an advertisement or invitation.
Response is more formal than reply and is often used in business contexts.

Your question is about alternative contractions
The two negative forms of be ( e.g. he isn't and he's not ) are both common in British English . American English prefers the forms with not ( e.g. he's not ). With other verbs , forms with n't ( e.g. she hadn't ) are more commonin most cases in standard southern British English; they are the only formsnormally used in AmE.( forms with not - e.g. he's not tend to be more common in northen and Scottish English ) .i

So both are correct , depending on BrE , AmE
