Hi dear,
as an introduction for your research u can start with the classification of creatures on earth, and then get to the species of insects then hit your point ( ants).
As a conclusion, u can always support your project with eaither statistics or Quran/hadeeth.

I don't think it is a good idea to write a whole research about ants
and if it is so,then the only problem you will face is gathering information
not introduction or conclusion framal works.
so is it really a research or an essay project
