الإبداع القيادي
إن المبدع إنسان كغيرة ..
غير انه وعاء مملوء بانفعالات صادقة , تأتيه من كل صوب من قراءاته , تأملاته ,ملاحظاته, احتكاكه , اهتماماته , ومعاناته. فينفذ ما قرأه وما سمعه وما وعاه ,ليخفف من وطأة الانفعالات, ومن ازدحام عقلة بالرؤى.
طلب منا الأستاذ رسم تسعه دوائر صغيرة متوازية ثلاث ثلاث ثلاث وتكوين منها شكل
الخصائص العقلية:
أ-الحساسية في تلمس المشكلات: يمتاز المبدع [انه يدرك المشكلات في المواقف المختلفة أكثر من غيرة
ب- الطلاقة:وتتمثل في القدرة على استدعاء اكبر قدر ممكن من الأفكار في فترة زمنيه قصيرة نسبيا, وبازدياد تلك القدرة يزداد الإبداع وتنمو شجرته.
وهذه الطلاقة تتضمن:
الطلاقة الفكرية: سرعة إنتاج وبلورة عدد كبير من الأفكار.
طلاقة الكلمات: سرعة إنتاج الكلمات والوحدات التعبيرية واستحضارها بصورة تدعم التفكير,
طلاقة التعبير:سهولة التعبير عن الافكار وصياغتها في قالب مفهوم.
ج- المرونة :تعني القدرة على تغيير زوايا التفكير (من الأعلى إلى الأسفل والعكس) من اجل توليد أفكار, عبر التخلص من القيود الذهنية المتوهمة أو من خلال إعادة بناء أجزاء المشكلة.
د- الأصالة : وتعني القدرة على إنتاج الأفكار.
أعطى مثال الأستاذ في المحاضرة كيف تستخدمين الجوال في طرق إبداعية؟
مثلا يصير ريموت كنترول أو مرآه أو كشاف أو مترجم أو ماسح ضوئي أو تلفزيون
الخصائص النفسية :يمتاز المبدع نفسيا بما يلي:
•الثقة بالنفس والاعتماد بقدراتها.
•قوة العزيمة ومضاء الإراده وحب المغامرة
•القدرة العالية على تحمل المسؤولية
•تعدد الميول والاهتمامات
•عدم التعصب
•الميل في الانفراد في أداء بعض أعمالة, مع خصائص اجتماعية وقدرة عاليه على اكتساب أصدقاء.
•الاتصاف بالمرح والأريحية.
•القدرة على نقد الذات والتعرف على عيوبها.
أعطى مثال كالتعثر والسقوط قد يسبب للبعض فقد السيطرة وفقد الثقة بالنفس والإنسان المبدع يفسره كالإنسان الناجح الذي يتعثر في حياته ويواجه العقبات ويستمر في التحدي ( يصنفه من المواقف الايجابية).
خصائص متفرقة :
•حب الاستكشاف والاستطلاع بالقراءة والملاحظة والتأمل.
•البذل بإخلاص وإتقان وعدم التطلع إلى الوجاهة والنفوذ.
