You know *Sirhasan* in Japan they believe in that proverb . I remember watching and reading about Japan culture in the past when women used to wear Kimonos.
Girls in the age of seven put on a tight shoes with one size for the next years, they can take them off when its time to sleep bas . Can you believe it? They do that to ensure that their feet will never grow up lol
