Blond or Blonde?
The words blond and blonde come from the French and follow somewhat the French pattern. Blond (without the e) is used to describe males, mixed gender, or uncertain gender. Blonde refers to women or female gender.

In modern use, blond is sometimes used for female as well as male, but blonde is preferred for female.

In British English it is usual to spell this word blonde when writing about a woman or girl and blond when writing about a man or boy, although the spelling blonde is sometimes used for men and boys too. In American English the spelling blond is often preferred for either sex. Blonde may be used to describe a woman's hair, but it is sometimes considered offensive to refer to a woman as ‘a blonde’ because hair colour is not a whole person.

"House" always refers to a building. Size and substance matter. A very large building with many rooms is a "mansion." A small, poorly constructed building might be called a "shack." It would be incorrect to call a mansion, shack or an apartment a house.

Home can refer to the building that you live in, but more correctly it can refer to where you reside, where you are from, or where you are comfortable.
His yacht is his home.
I'm going home for Eid . (I'm going to be with my relatives in the neighborhood I was born)
"Make yourself at home"

هل هذا واضح

First of all they are synonyms of each other..but..
House has a few more meanings than home....
Some examples would be...
'This is my house.'...
'I painted my house yesterday.'..
'I am going home now.'..
'This is my home town.'..
