# - open > new



# - w 800 x h 800



#- press ( D) on the keyboard



# - filter > render > cloud



#- filter >pixelate > Messotint> type : short strokes


aopply twice
#- filter > Blur > Radial Blur

amount : 100

blur method : zoom

Qulity : best




# - filter > Distort > Twirl

Angle : 100



#- Duplicate layer

on the copy layer

apply this



# - filter > Distort > Twirl

angle : 200



change the color : press > ctrl + u

#- change mode of the layer to : lighten


#- press : ctrl + E

you can apply the last step as you want your work
