I am so normal person lets say I am not religious and we live in a complex life
My advice to you when you feel that you are alone or sick just remember there is Allah can here you when you need him .any time any where you know I felt like you some times but I contact to him by 2 ways pray 2 Rak3ah and read holly Quran
Unfortunately I just remembered God when I had a problem, sorrow etc...

i know exactly how do you feel . my heart is full of sorrow and despair and some times i can't cry or say anything , but when i feel that way i see a light or hear a tender voice who can comfort me and told me that every thing will be fine and i will be ok . my advice to you don't stay alone when you feel this way . read qura'an or pray to allah .go somewhere open or talk to some one u like . good luke sweety i hope u'll find happeness u just remind me alot of my self go out and find a gentle breeze.............
