A: Id likes to check in, plz.
Clerk: do you have a reservation?
A: yes, the name is Abdullah Moussa. It's for three nights.
Clerk: here its. Could you fill out the registration form for me? And ill need your credit card.
A: here you are. And do you have a room overlooking the pool?
Clerk: yes, certainly. Do you need any help with your bags?
A: yes, plz.

Conversation2:
Clerk: front desk. Can I help you?
A: yes. I am Abdallah Moussa in room 242. I forgot to pack my razor. Can I get one?
C: just call courtesy service at extension 105.
A: thank you.
