Shehri language,,

in south of oman ,we speak shehri language..
i will give you a brief synopsis of this language..

Shehri - frequently called Jibbali (or "mountain" language) in Omani Arabic - is a South Arabian (or Eastern South Semitic) language spoken by a minority native population in the mountains and wilderness areas upland from Salalah in Dhofar Province in the southwest of the Oman.

total speakers : 25,000

and now i will give you some words i translated to English;


يل صبحك= good morning
يل قهبك=good afternoon
يل قمدك=good evening

هت = you, for both male and female(singular)

تم= you, for males only, plural

تن= you, for female,plural

اينحن= we

امبيرا= boy

غيبجوت= girl

غج= man

تث= woman

ايرثات =boys

غيجينيتي=girls

اغاج =men

اينث=women

اوذ =ALLAH
ايني حود= Mohammad peace be upon him

ايشعن بوذ= Seek the help of God

هئ لشعسرك=i love you

تم كلكم اغاهي بهئ لشعسركم = you all my brothers and i love you




دعد شئ= TO BE CONTINUED

Ahmed Hadid is from the north of OMAN , Fawzi bashir and Mhammad rabee are from the south .
