Syntax is a fundamental component of human language, an essential tool for stating intricate thought (Crystal, 1996). Yule (2005) defines syntax as the concentration of components, structure and ordering within the sentence. According to Akmajian (1995), syntax is the analysis of structural units of a language, including sentences and phrases.
