Fast food has a lot of calories; it is a diet high in fat and sugar. In one meal, people have all the calories needed in a whole day, which means that if someone eats two fast food meals they are multiplying their calories, which makes them gain weight and damage their organs. In addition it kills internal organs because the fat that is not burned stays in the blood, the liver works more than usual and might cause diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and heart failure. If eating fast food is bad, doing so and not practicing exercise is even worse. The sedentary lifestyle is not healthy either. All those issues are very bad for people.
