have you had ....?

أخواني الكرام
فيه أحد يقدر يجيب لي مثال جاء فيه (فعل ) بعد ( Have you had...) وليس ( اسم ) ؟

يعني احنا دائما نقول :

Have you had lunch yet ?J

هل يمكن أن يأتي بعد had في هذا المثال ( فعل / verb) وليس اسم noun ?

أرجو أن يكون سؤالي واضحا ولكم جزيل الشكر والتقدير ...

Had is a verb and u can't add verb to another verb like
"I have heard about the bad news"
nothing comes to my mind at this time about a sentence like this three verbs, it is so difficult to find a sentence contain three verbs specially n this tense
