Let me just go back few years ago
I remember asking my brother about how he looks
hahaha
Everyone was just talking about how decent he was
I have to admit that I knew how he looked like since he's one of my relatives
.....................
See, the outer beauty will never last .. what lasts is the inner beauty
Even if that guy is so handsome ... you won't be able to live with him if his morals are down
On the contrary, you may fall in love with an ordinary guy for his kindness and the way he treats you
especially if he's treating you as a princess
LOL

yes of course sweety
:keda:Itotally agree with you
As for myself, I think if you love a person he will automatically be the most beautiful person in the world to you:love:

Aseel sweety
I think that men pay attention to the appearance more than womenWhat do you think?

of course here sis :marsa45: and sorry if that polar bear " Aseel" wrote before i did lol
anyway you 've choose a critical subject to chat about really
actually for us as men i think many of us now are searching for a " teacher" wife really
these days life pretends so difficult
of course some are talking about the appearance and rarely those who look after education
a man want a woman to shape her the way he wants
yes appearance is more critical for some families but not all
take for example myself or our family and don't ask lol
we married each other as
Al-Ashraf family
we don't marry any other family nor our children go out the family to any other tribes
of course we have some exceptions but this is the rule now
dear sister Aseel
agreedاقتباس:

Yep, darling. I do agree
you can say that they give 70 % to the outer beauty

We had a hard time when my brother decided to get married

You can't imagine what he asked for ... LoL
I'm sorry Mr. Polar Bear.. you made a mistake fot that polar bear is your beautiful neckname, not mineاقتباس:

yea, my friend , from Al Ashraf, told me about that. She said it's so rare
to find someone from Al asharaf marrying form other tribes
....I have never chatted nor shot
and I've enjoyed reading your issues , I guess it's time to bring this thread back and make it alive all over again
as these days we are in need of spreading many problems and matters outta our loaded chest
I will be back ASAP as it's about an hour left for me being at home
and I wish that you all participate and share us what you got, as if we didn't do so we're gonna feel boring from the same topics over an over
Special thanks to our dear brother for such thoughtful thread and thanks for those who participated here
Take care all
Regarding your Q Sarouna
yesterday I read sth in the newspaper which I found strange
a 28 year old man wants to marry a 13 year old girl
Imagine that he is 15 years older
I mean come on she is still too young to be married
This kind of marriage was acceptable many many years ago
but not any more, not in our life today
Thanx daer accept my passing

||● Government & Private Sectors ●||
I worked in a private company about 7 months ago for 2 months only,0
then I moved into another job which is in somehow considered as government one, till the present time.0
My issue here is the difference between them, in business field, experience, work time, …etc. So I’ll speak in general.0
In private companies, the working time average is between 10 to 12 hours, except for Thursday as it’s a half working day and a day off in Friday.0
In addition, the salary is not that good in comparison with the required tasks that need to be daily done.0
Furthermore, you’re nothing but a working machine that never stops.0
On the other hand, the government field, mostly like the exact opposite.0
The working hours are from 7:30 am to 2:30 or 3 pm. Less work, good salary…etc.0
Here I will summarize some important points.0
In private companies, in spite of lacking the salary and the daily hard work,0
you get an excellent experience in your field which will be useful in the future.0
In the contrary, the government field is for those who only look for money,0
and never think of a brighten future or being expert in their business field.0
So, what do you think of these 2 sectors?0
What’s the best for us ?0
which one to choose?0
There are many questions in my mind now,0
but I will be willing to read your opinions, whether you agree or disagree in some of the above mentioned points.0
Who's gonna shoot or chat?0

Back to the topic
when I graduated from college, a private sector adopted me
actually, they offered me the job when I was still at college
I took only one month vacation after finishing the college and then I started working :(
I was working for 8 hours a day for 3500 riyals a month
But what they had done to me was something amazing
they taught me how to face the world, how to deal with different personalities
I was attending so many presentations and conferences where I met famous writers
you can never stop improving yourself there
I got an opportunity to join the government later
It was a real shock :(
better salary and less working hours
but you feel sad for yourself and never satisfied
I feel that I haven’t improved a bit since I joined the government :smile (92):
There are priorities in life which sometimes determine our choiceاقتباس:
What’s the best for us ?0

Joining the government means that I can spend more time with my baby who is my first priority
Sometime, I feel like regreting my decision
but I quickly remove that idea from my mind for my baby deseves
my time and effort :)
I think not all private sectors are the same
well I can't say that I'm satisfied with my current job but at least
thank Allah that I have one although I'm looking for another
What I don't like in this job is that the employee is treated as if she
is a moving machine which never stops
work a lot :smile (84): , earn a bit
besides there is no chance to practice my English with others
which is more worse
I've always wanted to get a job where I can
improve myself and better enhance my skills
and by the will of Allah I will
just wish me luck
Really did you? well as for me I ain't miss no body, lol... kidding yo
:)

So, here you're agreeing with me , that's my point, as what you do is highly appreciated and you get what you're looking for, experience in both your career and life except for the money....

Yeah I can feel you, it happened with me. Three months ago, I resigned from a job at Siemens Ltd. Company and moved to King Khalid Hospital, I swear to God, I've been regretting it ever since (Thanks and praises be to Allah for everything) and till the present, till this very moment I'm writing to you, I suffer from the unarranged work that's totally like a huge mess, as I'm an Admin. Assistant, I do my best everyday to make my work easy and under control, the next day, the huge mess is under their control.
:smile (32):
God help me to complete my studies.....
Aseel, appreciated comment, thanks and be a great mom as I know you are
:)
Take care
I do agree on that as not all of them, but the majority are..!
and yeah I bet..!! those who work there are a non-stop machine.
You know sister, one of my worries before I graduate from the college was , the English language, as I've been thinking every day & night about having a job in a place where I can practice my English, thank Allah I had it at Siemens and here in the hospital, most of the letters I type and the calls I receive everyday are in English.
I really wish you the best in finding what you really need and dream about, and May Allah help you through it, Amen
Thanks for your comment sister, it's highly appreciated
Take care
[QUOTE]besides there is no chance to practice my English with others

neither do I though I'm an English teacher
since I'm teaching in government school, there is no chance to practise English
except in classes when I explain my lessons
using a a simple language, of course, so students can undestand what I say
:(

See, there is still a good side in that job

and believe me I don't feel they're enough, as I've knowing some british people here in KSA from some friendship sites, we always chat and speak on mobiles too...

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM
It's my turn to chat and shoot.
But, what issue should I raise? mmmmmmmmmm .......yuricaaaaa
i have 2 questions:
did we do our best to defend our prophet, muhammed (peace and prayers be upon him) ?
Did we do anything special to aid our brothers in Gazza strip?
My answer is a big noooooooooooo.
We are darm busy talking about English and how we can improve our accent and enrich our minds with new english vocabulary that will decay in our minds without being used.
We are busy with the issues of sport :
Isam Alhadari escaped. isam al hadari returned. isam alhadari apologized......
our TV is very busy (ya 7aram) presenting the opinions of the street about the match between Hilal and Ittifaq.
Also, who will lead our league this year
ALASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, WHAT A HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC SITUATION WE ARE LIVING.
When someone commits a grammar mistake in the forum, many Shakespears , and language inventors appear to defend and show his or her muscles to correct this mistake> some say this may be an error , not a mistake. others may pretend that it is a slip of the tounge.
However, when our prophet (peace and prayers be upon him) is insulted and humiliated, no one moves to defend him .
OH!!!! IM SORRY. THIS IS NOT YASIR AL-QAHTANI OR THE RETIRED SAMI ALJABIR.
So, isn't it a good topic to discuss and shoot.
LET ME HEAR THE NOISE OF YOUR SHOTS
Walikum Alsalam
Regarding our prophet Mohammad (Peace Be upon Him), it might be a big no from you but not all of us, we all know that Allah The One and The Only who judges us for our deeds whether good or bad ones, and even if we intend to do something but we didn't, we get rewarded...., we're not perfect we do what we're capable of, sometimes it's of a considerable extent outta our power, yet we do it.
As for Ghazza, what do you want us to do..!!!! don't we pray each day and night!!! don't we boycott all the damn things that come or belong to our enemies ..!!!
With respect to your inquiry, again you're still having a big no,,,

I don't know why I get the feeling that you're pointing at someone!!!?
Lemme ask you this, ARE YOU PERFECT? Definitely, NO,,
First, " To err is a human"
Second, "Don't we learn from our mistakes!?"
It's not a shame thing to do, yet the bad habit is to realize that someone had mistaken but you never tried to give a hand when you know it's wrong.People sometimes think they aren't in need of any help as they scorn the one who tries to help'em, either they're blind to see, or of a high level than any other, yet we're the same......

Ok then, what kinda moves you're talking about. Please explain!!!
I wish my comments are of no bother at all toward you
Take care
Dont misunderstand me, bro Mean to be.
i am a muslim like you and other members. no one is perfect.
we all commit sins and but our prayers for forgiveness is the thing which do to hope the bless and forgiveness of Allah.
i amnot pointing to anyone in person, but my pain and broken heart on our prophet (pbuh) and our brothers in Gazza is the thing which obliged me to talk in such a way.
What i mean is that y dont we make more efforts in talking about these issues more than the things we usually do in the forum
I am not bothered or angry about what you have said. in the contrary, i am very glad and pleased to hear someone who has a reply.
May Allah bless you and all members of the forum thank you.
I don't believe me
It's just a diversity in opinions... as I'm more than glad to read such a different topic and of a high importance as well.
You're completely right , what have been happening lately, break the heart and cause it to bleed, on the other hand you raised another issue which wasn't at anyhow compared to the first one.
Let me dot the i's and cross the t's,
What made me think of raising this thread of our brother TTR, was to read as more important, different, and valuable issues as possible, besides I put that in mind that sooner or later, this thread is gonna be dead..!!!
Sorry to say it, but whenever you read an important topic that needs to be discussed with others, you end up reading only one common and popular word that is " THANK YOU",,,,!!!!, it's kinda shattering what you've been expecting.
So, you might be a reason to share me and others as well what you have in mind and heart, whatever the issue is.
Sorry again for my wordings , as I feel it's the time to reveal'em
May God bless your soul bro and reward you for every single sensation and sigh towards our Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and the Muslims out there,..,

It’s men’s world:smile (95):
Last week, my sister decided to buy a new abaya. We went to different malls until finally she found what she was looking for. As it goes, she put a down payment SR.500 and the salesman told her to come back after 5 days to get her abaya. It was yesterday. She asked me to accompany her and I agreed. We got into the shop and the salesman handed her the abaya.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOps
It was not what she asked for. The salesman argued and swore that this was the design she had ordered last week. She asked the man for her money back. He refused. She called her husband who happened to be nearby. He came to the shop. Once the salesman saw my brother in law, he silently opened the drawer and handed my sister her five hundred.
Just like that. End of story.
It seems like men have s common unspoken language among them which only they understand.
While we were leaving the mall, I told my brother in law that he shouldn’t wonder if soon he will have me as his brother in law rather than his sister in law.
Now I understand why my mother used to say when I was a child……
Oh mother I wish I was a boy!!!!!!!!!!
