as you know it is a short Adj

so the rule Adj+er+than

WHAT I KNOW IS THAT ,MUCH ,VERY , SO AND SOME AND OTHER DEGREE MODIFIERS OF ADJECTIVES CAN BE USED BEFORE THE ADJECTIVES . THE SENTENCES YOU MENTIONED ( ARABIC IS SO MUCH EASIERTHAN ENGLISH ) ITS grammaticaly correct .but arabic is more easier than english , this is incorrect with no doubt because the rule has been broken here , and you know the rule is to add more before long adjectives only if we want to compare between two things ,places people ..etc
