It is just your unawareness and your impatience.

It seems tension has nothing to do with anything outside you,

it has something to do within you. Outside you always find an

excuse only because it looks so idiotic to be tense without any

reason. Just to rationalize, you find some reason outside yourself

to explain why you are tense.

But tension is not outside you, it is in your wrong style of life. You

are living in competition — that will create tension. You are living

in continuous comparison — that will create tension. You are

By the way ,each one of us has his/her own inner potential power .Sometimes we feel just as if were unable to afford or abide what is going on around us .Thus, we can feel that fatique which completely dominates our inner power due to some outer effects which we sometimes are crippled to make them ceased.For example, being involved in such a critical situation which may lead you to lose your temper or your nerves.Such situation may be clearly seen in a case of being bored or simply disappointed because of something has just happened to you like losing someone special in your life due to death accident or due to anyother reason.
Yes, you are right we can not be tense for no reason .
