The time comes now, to say goodbye.
The years, my goodness, how they fly,

Farewell to those I’ve loved and known,
pray good springs forth from things I’ve sown,

Now times of loss aren’t times of ease,
I have just one request please, please.
From time to time remember me.

I do not know to where I’ve gone,
or even if I linger on,
but worry not my friends of that.
Life was a gift,
