ok my friend i will give the solution for you, but please make this as a secret between you &me

listen my friend you are now become a man….you know what is the meaning of that…it means that you are responsible about any behavior you may do…So, now what you have to do….First you have to realize what driving car means, and read about the road structures in order to drive as a man not as a teenager . Next, father magic .yes you have to stay with your father all the time…and demonstrate that you annoy from teenager behaviors in the general street…do this way of talking more than one time, The purpose of this way is to make your father trust in you and consider you as man in a indirect way…..believe me just follow what I have said…soon you are going to drive…don't worry your self….just a matter of time…

Fine so you wanna be a good driver so follow my advices

OK first of all i wanna you make sure that is it really that your

father doesn't wanna help you ask him to help you first if he isn't

busy but if he was so, at that time you have to tell him that

you would like to join a school driving with your brother or

friend to learn from the beginning whatever related to

driving car and other road instruction but be careful don't try

driving by own self specially that you can't do it.you must be a

responsible enough about your action.After learning and

trying, you must take the driving license to do every thing

legally

I will tell you the solution for your problem ...just listen
firstly..sit with your father alot and talk with him
as men talk to make him feel that you are mature enough
to be a driver ..
then ..talk about those who just playing with cars
BUT
dont let him think that you like their behavior
make your father feel that you will take some of the burden from his own shoulders
as you drive car so you will help him in buying domestic things

SO
he will be confident of your benefit as driver
then he will teach you how to drive
