عندي صعوبه فيها ماادري كيف اكتب thesis statement في المقدمه وكيف طريقتها

قريت كثير بس ماقدرت اطبق يصير عندي لخبطه

الجزء الأول
المقدمة:


A. Some attractive sentences (3-5), that give a general idea about the topic, and these sentences must attract the reader's interest. It is the first paragraph of the essay, and this paragraph has two parts:


B. Thesis statement, it consist of the main idea of the topic, and carries, usually, three ideas, which will be discussed in the three supporting paragraphs.
and each paragraphs discusses one idea of thesis, just.

Thesis Statement should be:
1- One sentence.
2- Not a question.
3- Not a phrase.
4- It is the last sentence of the introductory paragraph.

المقدمة هي اول فقرة من فقرات المقال , وتشمل المقدمة على شيئين:


1- بضعة جمل وغالبا تكون من ثلاث الى خمس جمل, وتجذب اهتمام القارئ, و تعطينا فكرة عن الموضوع المحدد. 2-والجملة الرئيسة في المقدمة, وهي اخر جملة بالمقدمة, وتكون عبارة عن الجملة التي تحمل الافكار الرئيسة في المقال, وغالبا تكون ثلاث أفكار, وكل فكرة توضح في فقرة من فقرات جسم المقال الثلاث.

Thesis&Topic sentence



opic sentence tells what you will write about in each paragraph. thesis is in first paragraph and explains what the whole paper is about.

الفرق , الـ topic sentence عادة تكون الجملة الأولى في البراقراف ,وتعطي فكرة عامة عن البراقراف وليس الموضوع كامل , والـ thesis هي الجملة التي تعبر عن الهدف من الموضوع كاملا.. مثلا يكون عندك مقال في اربع براقرافات , يكون له اربع topic sentences ولها thesis واحد فقط يختصر كل ما دار في المقال كامل.

يعني نقدر نقول thesis جملة تعبر عن الموضوع كاملاً

The essay, like the paragraph, is controlled by one central idea.

In the essay, the sentence containing the central idea is called the thesis statement.

The thesis statement is similar to the topic sentence in that it contains an expression of an attitude, opinion, or idea about a topic, however, the thesis statement is broader and expresses the controlling idea for the entire essay.

Here are a few points to remember about the thesis statement:

· The thesis statement should be expressed in a complete sentence. Since the thesis statement is the main statement for the entire essay, it should express a complete thought in a complete sentence. And since it makes a statement, it should not be written as a question.

Not a thesis statement:

My fear of the dark.

Thesis statement:

My fear of the dark has made my life miserable.



· A thesis statement expresses an opinion, attitude, or idea; it does not simple announce the topic the essay will develop.

Not a thesis statement:

I am going to discuss the effects of radiation.

A thesis statement:

The effects of radiation are often unpredictable.

· A thesis statement should express an opinion; it should not express a fact. This is because the thesis statement is a statement that needs to be explained and proved.

Not a thesis statement:

Cows produce milk.

Thesis statement:

The milk cows produce is not always fit for human consumption.

· A thesis statement should express only one idea toward one topic.

Not a thesis statement:

Going to college in the Midwest can be fun, and I have found that living in a suburb of a large city is the best way to live while at college.

Thesis statement:

Going to college in the Midwest can be fun.



Study the following statement carefully. If the statement is a thesis statement, write yes in the blank; if it is not a thesis statement, write no.
