Lady!this a worthless gift I send
Obeying your command;
Now, to my poor request attend,
And give with willing hand!
You have an aspect passing fair,
A form of beauteous guise,
A Juno-like, majestic air,
And piercing , radiant eyes;
And you have locks whose jetty light
Is like the raven's wing;
And oh!
When from your fling,
How down your shoulders fair they stream,
And down your stately neck!
How richly, with their dusky deck!
Now , from those ample treasures take
One little sportive ring,
And I will keep it for your sake,
And oft its praises sing!
I'll get it bound with orient pearls,
Enclosed in case of gold;
More I shall prize that queenly curl
I search for it but I didn't find any thing :(
