How to improve our speaking :Let's share each other

we as teachers can teach perfectly but i think the majority of us not agree about our speaking. We sometimes feel sham to say we are english teachers.So let's help each other to look for the right way to improve our conversation .

In my opinion we need to speak English at least one hour every day

when we need to speak fluent, we need to listen more and more.

Yes , to listen to spoken English that's easy . But to speak at least an hour , well to whom can we speak . I've tried once to use the mike and chat in English on the net . To bad no one is serious . So i had to stop. i really belive that the only way to improve our spoken English is to speak talk in English , but where and to whom .

I agree with every one but we need to keep triying in order to improuve our english.don't give up ;and if we reely need we will find away.we need to unify our effort.thanks.
