[align=left]Africa the land of mysteries has amazed people who believe in strange customs diferent from ours. When I read about Marraige Customs In Africa , I could not believe it. So, please read these strange customs and tell me what you think ..
"Zoula" is a tribe in Africa. In this tribe, when a young man wants to marry, he has to be beaten up by the bride's father. If he doesn't bear the pain, he is considered an irresponsible man and he won't be able to marry the bride or any other, but if he bears the pain, he is accepted and on the wedding day, he has to give his bride a small gift as a sign of love: his left ears !!!
The second tribe "Latwoka" lives in Sudan and Zaire. In this tribe when a young man wants to marry a girl, he has to kidnap her then ask the old men in his family to go to the bride's father and tell him that they have the girl and they chose her to marry their son. If the father agrees, he begins to beat the groom as a sign of acceptance and show him how powerful he is so the groom respects him and his daughter. If the father refuses, the groom marries the girl by force.
The third tribe "Denka" is from Kenya. A husband there has unlimited number of wives and when he dies, his wives along with his cows are inherited by his sons, but a son can't marry his own mother, he can only marry his stepmother!!
On the other hand, if one of the wives dies or fails to have children, her sister must be given to the husband as a make up.
This is not everything about Africa because there are many other tribes with incredible and interesting traditions.

If I was there, I'll spend my whole life as a single man, in the contrary, the dowries here sometimes are expensive,

what a wonderful customs especially cutting the ear ,it should be applied here so men wont' think of marrying another woman otherwise he is going to be :( even deaf are better than them
