i cant speak

my dear members of saudi english
i have broplem

i am a new teacher

i can read english
i can write english
i can understand english

but i can not speak
how can i improve my self
there is no one can practice with me

First of all, I'd like to welcome you to this forum and I wish you good luck among your brothers and sisters. Dear sister, being able to write and understand means that you can speak. So , where is the problem ? The problem lies in being unable to practise the language. Is it a good reason ? I doubt it. You can practise the language when watching anything that is related to Englsih. So , watching news or movies is the first step to speaking well. While you're watching a movie , try to repeat what the actors say. Say the sentences they utter to yourself. Anyway , if you find someone to talk to in English , then that would be more than great.


This is my own point of view and you have every right to follow or ignore it.

I was one time like you but with Time I get better

You know what I did??

I just keep writting and reading English

every thing that writting in English come to my hand I read it

slowly with time I start to translate some of the Articls in the newspaper and the Magazine

Farther I start writting some post when I was in the Inter school

Then thank God I had I Lovly brother who talk with me English all the time
pluse My friends Like English too , We SMS each other in English & talk too

I wanna say something crazy about me . . One day I went to Haram & I saw People talking English I went directly to them & talk English >>> I was glad to practise My English with them


So all I wanna say . you do`nt need any cours to speak english well
Find the chanses you have & talk with the people around May be the will laough first but they ganna like it with time . . .


As long as you Love the thing you do
Am still practice too till now to be better

Go for word , it come with time

Watching English movies and programs is the best way to improve your language

Something else, why don't you add Miss. Spleak , I think that's her name, to your messenger

and start chatting with her

It's a way to practice speaking

Since you can read,write and understand English then your problem is minor


Actually you have no problem at all

You're just a little bit intimidated by the others who speak fluently


I bet you're a shy person


To get over such thing you have to speak speak speak even to yourself ( let your family think you're nuts ) it's ok,take every chance to talk to others .Simply ignore your mistakes at the beginning and think about them later on


And by the way if you say that you have no one to practice the language with

Then where the hell are we

when i read your words i felt so better but at the same time i thought that if i was here to your words orally may be i got lost in some places than that will make me confuse than that prevent me to replay
if it quick orally))
