ملحوظة:
هذا الزمن عادة ما يأتي معه زمن الماضي البسيط و الذي وقع أثناء حدوثه

(بينما كنا نأكل ، جاء والدي)
هذه الجملة تحتوي على حدثين أحدهما ماضي مستمر وهو الأكل والآخر مجيء والدي الذي حصل أثناء الأكل .
ملاحظة:
يمكن وضع أداة الربط وسط الجملة دون أن يتغير المعنى فتصبح الجملتان السابقة كما يلي :

So we should control what we eat. Reading the labels which are on the packets enables us to see what kinds of contents there are inside . At the end, Try to stay away of much fats, sugar and salt to enjoy your health and look better.
