How Do You Teach READING

السلام عليكم جميعا ، ودي أطلب طلب من كل اللي يسمح لهم وقتهم
ياترى ماهي الطريقة اللي ممكن يتبعها المعلم لتدريس a reading passage بحيث أن الطالب يستفيد بأقصى درجة بدون مايضيع الوقت
ياليت كل معلم أو معلمة يكتبون الخطوات اللي يتبعونها ليكون هناك تبادل خبرة
سأبدأ بنفسي:( لابد من التحضير المسبق من قبل الطالبة)
1. Introducing the subject
2. Writing some comprehension questions & giving Ss. time to read silently and find the answers
3.Reading aloud to introduce and explain the new voc.

عزيزتي طريقتي انا كالتالي:
-let them have a look at the pictures and the title.
-read silently.
- i write some questions on the board and ask them to find the answers.
-we answer the questions together.
-ask one girl to read the first paragraph,
-discuss it and explain the new words
-after that i read a modal reading.
-ask some girls to read
-give them the following questions as a homework

السلام عليكم ورحمة اللة وبركاتة

تختلف درجة شرح reading باأختلاف درجة صعوبتة ....فاذا كانت القطعة سهلة ومفهومة من قبل الطالبات فيمكن ان تقرأ كل طالة جزء من القطعة ويتم شرحها وطرح اسئلة عليها.................اما اذا كانت صعبة وتحتوي على كلمات جديدة فمن المهم اولا ان تشرح المعلمة المفردات الجديدة ومن ثم تبدأ شرح القطعة وتوزيع work sheet تخص القطعة ويتم الذاكرة منها فقط ................هذا من وجهة نظري ومنكم نستفيد

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
first, i ask the students some questions like
What is the title of the passage
How many paragraphs are there in the passage
How many lines are there in the passage
i make it like a race
i count the hands till i get ten students then make one of htem answer
then i ask about the pictuers
How many pictuers
What can you see on the first, second .....picture
After that i ask the students to read silently for 5 min
then i ask them to find some names or numbers from the passage
Then i write some questions on the board and let the students read silently again for 3 min
Answer the questions
the rest will be loud reading and discussing the new vacabulary

This is my way to teach a passage:first I'II have the students read the title
then I'lldiscuss the pictures with them I'll ask how many pargraph are there?
After that I'll explain the main topic for each pargraph simply
with introducing the difficult words
then I'll write some questions on the board
and having them read silently and answer the questions
