    انتي الأفضل انك تتكلمي عن Historical Women Role Models
    وانا لقيت لك بعض المعلومات

    Women have played significant role throughout history. They have featured in almost every field, including science, governance, literature, art and music. Since the beginning of the mankind, women have generally been considered as a weaker sex. But history is replete with numerous examples where women have set their out-of-the-ordinary lives as an inspiration for the others. Here in this article, we remember some of the important women role models in history.

    Historical Women Role Models

    Mother Teresa
    Mother Teresa was God’s gift to humanity. Her selfless service for the humankind is beyond comparison. The Roman Catholic nun dedicated her life to help the poor and destitute. All through her life, she served the poor people suffering from various incurable diseases, who were unwanted by the society. Today, the Noble Peace Prize laureate is an inspiration for every woman.

    Marie Curie
    Madame Marie Curie is counted among the super-scientists of the world. She was the mastermind behind the theory of radioactivity. The Polish-born French scientist gave valuable contributions to Physics and Chemistry. She was the only person who won two Noble Prizes in different science fields. Known for the discovery of elements-Radium and Polonium, Madame Marie Curie is definitely a role model for the aspiring women scientists across the globe.

    Indira Gandhi
    Indira Priyadarshini Gandhi belonged to the Nehru family of India. The intensely political atmosphere in her family inspired her to grow up with a vision to become the administrator of the country. Eventually, she became the Prime Minister of India and served the country for nearly 15 years as Prime Minister.

    Rani Lakshmi Bai
    Rani Lakshmi Bai was the national heroine of India during the pre-independence period. The warrior was the queen of the princely state of Jhansi, situated in North India. Well known as Rani of Jhansi, Lakshmi Bai bravely fought bravely against the East India Company during the 1857 revolt. She is remembered as the epitome of womanhood, for her bravery.

    Helen Keller
    Helen Keller, an American author and lecturer, has taught the world that adverse situations can be overcome with determination. Although she was both blind and deaf, she graduated from college and traveled across the world, fighting for improvement in education and life of the differently-abled people. She was a prolific author and an outspoken activist as well.

    Benazir Bhutto
    Benazir Bhutto, a prominent politician of Pakistan, chaired the country's centre-left political party - Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). She was the first woman to be elected to lead the Muslim nation and set herself as a pioneer for democracy. It was her strong political stance resulted in her assassination. Today, Benazir Bhutto is remembered as a woman with strong determination.

    Margaret Thatcher
    Margaret Thatcher was United Kingdom’s first female Prime Minister, who emerged as a prominent figure in the politics of the country. She served as the Prime Minister of UK from 1979 to 1990 and simultaneously, led the Conservative Party from 1975 to 1990. Her political and economic policies contributed to the new era of economic liberalism, which led to the transformation of the United Kingdom into a fast-growing economy.

    Condoleeza Rice
    Condoleeza Rice became the first African-American woman to hold the prestigious position of National Security Adviser of the United States. She is the second woman to serve as the Secretary of the State. She is known as a well-liked and trusted policy adviser during the tenure of former President of the United States, George Bush.

    “In the modern society of today, a woman has always been looked upon as just another
    sexual object for the men. Why should one display one’s beauty for unwanted eyes to
    feast upon? The Hijab protects a woman’s honor and doesn’t arouse unwanted passion
    from the opposite sex. I feel if the women were to universally adopt the Islamic code of
    dressing, the rate of incidences of teasing, molestation, rape, etc. would be negligible.
    Wearing the hijab gives me more confidence in myself as a woman and it doesn’t
    obstruct me in any way in my profession.” Mrs. Salva I Rasool, Graphic Designer
    “I am a convert to Islam and so I can compare the experiences of life with and without
    Islamic Modest Dress. I am well aware of the attitude in Western society that hijab is
    repressive or hinders the freedom of a woman. My experience with hijab and my study
    of Islam allows me to understand that this is not the case. Non-Muslim people may
    sometimes stare, but in hijab I am always treated with respect. I have never had trouble
    getting or maintaining a job, I no longer face unwanted advances or lewd comments from
    the opposite sex, and I feel more dignified than without hijab. I realize now I can be
    accepted and interact with others as my true self once my appearance is not allowed to be
    the controlling factor. Even in bad neighborhoods, men that are normally lewd just step
    out of my way. The overall concept in Islamic Dress of maintaining proper respect and
    my experience that it does indeed increase respectful interaction creates an added sense
    of security when I go out in public. Knowing what hijab gives me, I would never go back
    to living without it. I go out in public as a recognized Muslim woman – a reminder to
    myself and all who see me that I seek to live in a manner which is decent and pure. I am
    one who seeks to obey God in all matters. People know this of nuns when they see them,
    and they know the same of me. Even if they cannot understand my reasons for a style of
    dress that is unusual here in the United States, they express admiration for someone who
    isn’t afraid to live by her principles.” Mrs. Diana Beatty, Teacher
    “I found I liked wearing the hijab. Actually, 'like' is not the right word, because it isn't
    positive enough. I loved it. For the first time in my life as an American woman, I felt that
    my body finally belonged to me. I felt as though I finally had what I can only describe,
    for lack of a better phrase, as the integrity of my own bodily privacy.I found that I was
    treated very well, much more respectfully, and I noted a definite tendency on the part of
    men, especially young men, to leave me alone and give me a wide berth. The way this
    manifested itself most powerfully was the degree to which I found I was no longer
    followed by men's eyes.The hijab gave me a message, not even so much 'not available,'
    although I think that is a part of it, but something stronger…” A non-Muslim American
    participant in the post-September 11th Scarves for Solidarity Campaign, as quoted in a
    letter to the San Francisco Chronicle, May 9, 2002.

    “And tell the believing men to lower their gaze and be
    modest…And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and
    be modest, and to display of their adornment only that which is
    apparent….”
    (Qur'an: Chapter 24, Verses 30-31)
    Why Do Muslims
    Have a Dress Code?
    Islam does not forbid men and women to
    interact, but enjoins them to adopt a code of behavior
    characterized by modesty so that they may treat one another
    with full and appropriate respect. Islamic modest behavior
    consists of piety and mutual respect, as well as a standard of
    dress often identified by the headscarves worn by Muslim
    women.

    Lower Your Gaze for the Good of Your Spirit
    The philosophy behind what is commonly called hijab – Islamic modest dress – is rooted
    in the concept of guarding one’s senses from anything that may lessen one’s innocence.
    Imam ‘Ali, the cousin and son-in-law of the Prophet of Islam (may peace be upon him
    and his family), said,
    “The eye is the spy of the hearts and the messenger of the intellect; therefore lower your
    gaze from whatever is not appropriate to your faith...”
    Lantern of the Path
    In the modern world, our senses are bombarded from all directions with a plethora of
    sights, sounds, and smells. Islam teaches us to control what our senses are exposed to
    since our experiences affect us externally as well as spiritually. A smell of perfume may
    call to mind a distant memory of one’s grandmother; the sound of fireworks may startle
    and bring forth an image of war; the sight of a beautiful woman in a revealing dress may
    bring feelings of unwanted and inappropriate arousal.
    When our senses witness immorality, crime, or debauchery, even though we are not
    guilty of committing the offense, we lose a degree of innocence. We all hold childhood
    memories of a moment when we went through such a loss of innocence. What was once
    something shocking or held in special status falls into the realm of the ordinary.
    In Islam, it is not only for parents to carefully guard what their children are exposed to,
    but it is for the adults to also guard themselves. Failure to do so can eventually lead to
    spiritual sickness.
    Thus, the larger philosophy behind hijab is one of maintaining dignity and purity and
    applies to all facets of life and not exclusively to dress. We must prevent ourselves from
    looking at the opposite sex in a lustful way, and we must dress so that we are regarded
    with respect.
    The Proper Observance of Hijab
    The Qur’an addresses Islamic modest dress as follows:
    “And tell the believing men to lower their gaze and be modest. That is purer for them.
    Lo! Allah is aware of what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and
    be modest, and to display of their adornment only that which is apparent, and to draw
    their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment save to [those relatives
    who fall within bounds of close relationship explained in the Qur’an]...”
    Chapter 24, Verses 30-31.
    The purpose of this modesty is to maintain the dignity of both men and women when
    they interact.
     First, men are required to take the lead in respecting women. They should not
    engage in or approve of any activity which objectifies or demeans a woman. They
    are also required to cast down their gazes in humility and to observe the general
    philosophy of modesty of the heart and dress. They must wear decent clothing and
    avoid activities and places that will cause them to witness that which they should
    not.
     Hijab does not prevent men and women from interacting for the purpose of study,
    work, performing good deeds, and so on. Rather, when hijab is mutually observed,
    such interactions will take place in sincerity of purpose and devoid of impropriety.
     Women should respect themselves as dignified beings and interact with men in
    purity. They should not modify their behavior around men so as to seem invitingly
    attractive or flirtatiously pleasing and thus allow themselves to be objectified.
     When among men who are not close relatives, women should dress modestly so that
    their adornment (source of beauty and attraction) is covered. Muslim scholars
    unanimously state that a woman should respectably cover all except her hands and
    face. Muslim women fulfill this requirement by wearing loose fitting clothing and
    covering their hair with scarves.
     The requirements for modest dress differ between the sexes due to fundamental
    biological distinctions and causes of attraction. One will observe these distinctions in
    Western society where a relatively small number of women read pornographic
    magazines or visit prostitutes when compared to men who engage in such activities.
     Contrary to some views, hijab is not a sign of inferiority of woman nor is it imposed
    upon her by the opposite sex. Before God, men and women are distinguished from
    one another only in terms of individual piety. When observing modest dress, before
    one another, they are distinguished by non-physical characteristics such as intellect
    and integrity.
     Islamic modest dress does not socially suffocate women by denying them free and
    necessary movement, expression of opinion, education, health care and other human
    rights. Rather, hijab assists in building a sound society and reduces the number of
    crimes such as rape and molestation since a possible stimulus for such crimes is not
    present when hijab is observed. Observance of hijab is part of a larger system in
    Islam that when properly followed maintains the dignity of men, women, and society
    as a whole.
    What do Muslim Women Really Think About Hijab?
    “I can feel the extra respect coming my way. People take me more seriously, and I feel
    protected and confident when I step out.” Dr. Mrs. N.Z. Vakil, M.D.

    Family routines
    Whether you are a relaxed, easygoing type of parent who likes to keep things flexible and spontaneous, or love to be super-organised and stick to a pretty tight schedule, some routine is good for all children and families. A good routine caters for the needs of family members and fits well with other priorities.
    Routines are how families organise themselves to get things done, spend time together and have fun. Every family has its own unique routines. Routines help family members know who should do what, when, in what order and how often. For example, your family might have:

    * daily routines for getting ready in the morning, bath time, bedtime and mealtimes, greetings and goodbyes
    * weekly routines for housework like washing and cleaning
    * yearly routines involving holidays and extended family get togethers.

    It makes sense that family life could be chaotic without some routine. But research has shown that there is more to it than that. Routines let your children know what is important to your family. When they are highly meaningful, routines are sometimes referred to as rituals and these play an important role in strengthening shared beliefs and values, and building a sense of belonging and cohesion in families.
    Maintaining normal daily routines as much as possible can make it easier for children to deal with the stress of events such as the birth of a new child, divorce, or the illness or death of a family member.
    Why routines are good for children

    * An organised and predictable home environment helps children feel safe and secure.
    * Routines built around fun, play or time together strengthen relationships between parents and children. Reading a story before bed, for example, can become a special time you spend with your child.
    * Daily routines help set our body clocks – for example, bedtime routines help children’s bodies to ‘know’ when it’s time to sleep.
    * Routines are a way of teaching your child ways to stay healthy, like brushing teeth, exercising, or washing hands after using the toilet.
    * If your child needs to take medicine regularly, having a routine for this will make sure you and your child are less likely to forget.

    Research has shown that routines have health benefits: children living in families who maintain regular family routines have fewer respiratory infections, and those they have tend to be shorter. There is still some conjecture about why. It might be that the routines contribute to healthy habits like washing hands which prevent transmission of germs that can cause illness, or that they help protect children against the kind of stress that suppress the immune system.
    Why routines are good for parents

    * Regular and consistent routines help parents feel like they’re doing a good job of being parents.
    * When things are busy and hectic, routines can help you feel more organised and more in control, which will make you feel less stressed.
    * A routine will help you complete routine daily tasks efficiently.
    * Routines take effort to maintain, but once established they will let you do things on ‘auto pilot’ so you can think about other things while you work.

    As children get better at following a routine by themselves, you can give fewer instructions and nag less because each step of the routine prompts the next step.
    Some children need routine more than others.
    A child’s temperament plays an important role in how he responds to routine or the lack of it. Some easygoing children can go with the flow, and quickly adapt to a changing environment. Other children are more sensitive, and more easily upset and unsettled by changes to their daily patterns. The same can be said for parents.
    What kinds of routines are there?

    The routines adopted by families are as diverse as families themselves. Following are some routines you could consider.

    Area You could have a routine for:
    Daily living

    * Getting ready in the morning
    * Going to bed at night
    * Eating meals
    * Hygiene and health – for example, brushing teeth, washing hands
    * Using family resources like the computer and telephone
    * Pocket money, given at a regular time and day
    * Homework
    * Quiet time each evening
    * Hobbies
    * Sports/exercise

    Household responsibilities

    * Tidying up, looking after toys
    * Caring for pets
    * Looking after clothes and laundry
    * Chores – for example, setting the dinner table, packing away, unpacking the dishwasher
    * Shopping

    Interacting and fun

    * Greetings and goodbyes
    * Eating meals together
    * Regular play and talk times with a parent each day
    * Taking turns in talking with family members about their day
    * Special one-on-one time with a parent
    * Special weekly meals (such as pancakes on Sunday night or cooked breakfast Saturday morning)
    * Family days (family activity)
    * Family DVD nights
    * Family meetings
    * Annual events
    * Story time (book reading)

    Social, religious and cultural

    * Regular ‘play dates’
    * Regular contact with your extended family and friends
    * National/state/local celebration days, annual fetes or outings
    * Saying prayers
    * Observing religious events

    There is no rule about how many or what kind of routines you should have. What works well for one family may be too restrictive for another. But if you are feeling like you can’t find time in the day to do the things you want with your children, then some new routines might help.
    Eight-year-old Stephen and younger brother Aaron started nagging their mother Leanne about using the computer from the moment they arrived home from school – then spent most of their time fighting over it. Leanne established a new routine to solve the problem. The computer could be turned on at 5 pm; Stephen would go first, and then help Aaron with his turn. A small oven timer was set by each boy for a 30-minute turn. The result – the boys took a lot more responsibility and there was a whole lot less tension at home.

    Try writing down what you do on a typical day:

    * Which things do you do regularly with your family? Look at each of these and ask yourself whether life would be easier and more enjoyable if it ran more smoothly.
    * Could children and other family members be involved more?
    * Are there activities you would like to do but aren’t doing?

    Routines for children with a disability
    Routines can really help children with disabilities, and can be even more important for children who find it hard to understand or cope with change

    ومشان تخلي البنات يتفاعلو معك ممكن تسأليهم ايش الروتين اليومي عندهم

    مشكورين بنات على جهودكم .. والله ماقصرتوا .. ونفعتوا بنات وايد ..

    ادري ان في ظغط عليكم .. لان لاحظت في بنات وايد يبون برزنتيشنات ,,

    بس ياليت تساعدوني ,,

    انا المس مخيرتنا مواضيع وايد بس انا مختاره الأحسن منهم

    الموضوع الاول عن الـ teenagers فانا فكرت ان الموضوع يكون عن المراهقين وصعوبت هالفتره عليهم وكيف انهم يعتقدون ان محد فاهمهم .. و إلخ ,,

    والثاني عن الـ fashion انا هالموضوع مب عارفه شلون بتكون المقدمه ولا الـ paragraph .. لكن عندي فكره حلوه .. هي قبل لا اقدم العرض اروح اسأل البنات عن اخر صيحة موضه ,, وبعد أسأل التيتشرز .. وأسوي جدول وفيه من اللي يهتم بالموضه اكثر المراهقين ولا البالغين ؟؟ شرايكم

    وبس ,, وبعدين نسيت اقول .. المس قالت لازم تكون الفقره مقسمه على 3 فقرات صغار ,, ويكون البوربوينت شغل عدل ومرتب ,, واهم شي يكون انترستنق ,, والواحد يستمتع لما يشاهده ,, موب يتملل ,,

    اسفه ادري طلباتي وايد بس ياليييييييت تقدرون تساعدوني ,, و والله مااراح انسى هالمعروف ابداً .. وبدعي لكم ,,

    ملاحظه : تراني خايفه حححدي لان البرزنتيشن بتشوفه المديره وابلات الانقلش كلهم .. بليز لا تنسووون
