    I haven't heard about this before.....

    I mean I heard about vegetarianism but the breatharianism thing nooo

    honestly, I've just finished searching about it

    all that I found is a Breatharian is someone whose diet, if you can call it that

    But do you believe that?!?

    for me

    I Don't believe this nonsense. You don't eat, you don't drink, you die. Those
    claiming to be living on air are liars and many have died copying them

    I hate cooking or being in the kitchen though it is compulsary

    but I love to cook desserts it is really my favourite hobby

    I like to create lovely cupcakes




    Enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
    ½ teaspoon baking soda
    ½ teaspoon baking powder
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    1 cup sugar
    ¼ cup butter, room temperature
    1 large egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup buttermilk

    What’s Next:

    Go ahead & preheat oven . Place liners in a 12-cup muffin tin.

    In a medium bowl- stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

    In a large bowl- using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until it looks creamy. Beat in the egg and the vanilla extract until mixture is smooth.

    Add half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until almost combined. Add buttermilk and stir, again until almost combined. Add the rest of the flour and stir until all ingredients are mixed in and no flour remains.

    Fill muffin cups 2/3-3/4 full with batter.

    Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
    Let cupcakes cool for about 5 minutes, then remove from the muffin pan. Cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.

    Chocolate Frosting Ingredients:

    1 stick butter, room temperature
    2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
    3 cups powdered sugar
    1/3 cup milk (any kind)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    What’s Next:

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat, with an electric mixer, until frosting is creamy, 3-5 minutes. (Start at a low speed to avoid getting sugar everywhere!)

    like someone already said this thread is interresting

    i've heard about the Breatharians before or rather said i've watched a tv programe (four years ago or so ) talking about this family whom their mother was one ,,,

    but the thing that got me really on the edge was in the morning instead of eating something she went and sat in their yard (crossing legs hands on her knees ; like yoga ) and faced the sun and said that she is absorbing energy from the sun as her breakfast

    sometime i feel these people are messed up (in the head )


    but yet they do eat other stuff not what we normaly eat but they do otherwise they'll dy for sure

    i mean if they chose to eat less or more that's a personel choice !!!!


    about the athore thing cooking
    am not into cooking but
    if iam a movie addict then iam a xxxxxxxxxx baking addict specially cup cakes lol

    i'll post some of my favourite cupcake recepie later today

    i promised to post my favourite recepie which is

    hershey's cocoa chocalate cake



    the recepie is writen in the back of the box
    its so easy to do that you can do it in the middle of the
    night

    try it guys its really chacolaty
    i dont know if you agree but every time i buy a chocolate cake it never taste like chocolate at alllll
    so this is definetly my favourate i love to have these cup cake when my girl friends from the family get together and have a nice "sahra" whith some milk (( girls you nkow what am talking about ))
    you can get the box from your local grossery store

    this was last summer i was supporting
    germany

    so i maid these

    then add the milk ,the wipping cream ,
    the suger ,the vanilla ,the salt and cinammon
    whisk together very well


    place the bread slices on a tray and then pour the mixture over
    leave it there for about 5 munites or until the bread absorbe the mixture


    after that
    put one spoon of butter into a hot sauce pan and cook the bread slices untill both sides are golden


    serve your frensh toasts with strawberies, beriies or honey if you like sweet food

    and bon appetit



    ps : you can pass the suguar and add honey instead ,,

    1/4 red bell pepper, julienned
    1 slice swiss
    1 slice cheddar
    butter
    salt and pepper to tasted


    Melt butter in small saute pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and red peppers and cook until tender about 4 or 5 minutes. Salt and pepper them.
    Meanwhile add the dijonnaise to one slice of bread. Put a slice of cheese on each bread to insure the mush. and peppers stay in place. Add the mushrooms and red peppers on cheese. Then close sandwich.
    Spread butter on both outer halves of bread. Put in skillet and evenly brown over medium heat on both sides...ENJOY!!

    I like mushrooms soooooo much

    my recepie today is actually an
    eazy very quiq fix snak
    that i beleive anyone can do in 5 to 10 minutes
    what you''ll need is

    2 garlic cloves (shopped)

    2-3 bread slices

    2 Tbs butter

    2\3 cup chedar cheese (shopped) or in case you
    have chedar slices then 3 slices


    so
    first of all remember you better shop everything and gett it ready and near by

    ok roast your bread both sides untill golden
    take it of the sauce pan
    and then rub\ put the garlic on the bread
    followed by the shedar cheese

    return the bread to the pan for seconds so the chease melt a little


    and enjoy



    ps :use salted butter

    it's been couple days since i posted something
    anyways
    i brought today or tonight
    a new cupcake recepie
    that i tryed for the first time
    hope you like it enough to try it







    Ingredients (for 12 cupcakes):

    1 ½ sticks butter (3/4 cup), softened to room temperature
    1 cup sugar
    4 egg whites
    1 ½ cups self-rising flour
    1 tablespoon warm water
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract



    PS; if you dont have self rising flour then you can make it home by adding
    For each cup of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt



    In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 ½ sticks butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Starting and ending with egg white, alternate adding 4 egg whites and 1 ½ cups self-rising flour (the one you already made by mixing the flour with salt and baking powder ),
    beating until each is thoroughly incorporated. Beat in 1 tablespoon water and 1 teaspoon vanilla until just incorporated.Now, evenly place batter into muffin tins which have been line with baking cups using ¼ cup batter for each cupcake. Bake at 400 degrees until fully cooked and golden, about 15--17 minutes.


    the frosting



    1\4 cup butter (1\2 stick), at room temperature
    (1\2) 2-oz. block of cream cheese (you could use half philadelphia cream cheese package ),
    at room temperature
    1,1\2 cup confectioner's sugar
    3 teaspoons vanilla



    In a *large* bowl, use a fork to mash butter and cream cheese together. Then, use an electric mixer to beat thoroughly. Stir in vanilla . Add sugar, a little at a time. Stir in each addition, and then beat it with a mixer. Continue until all of the sugar is incorporated into the frosting mixture. Beat the entire mixture, until it is very smooth. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for sometime before spreading it on the cooled cupcake,


    you can add some food color

    i used 3 red drops 1 blue for the pink
    and 2 green drops 1 yellow i blue for the green
