They begin their lessons with objectives, clearly show the student what they should focus on, and then do a recap at the end.

Another youtube channel that's pretty decent. The specialty of this website is the CC Double. They interview people on the street and let you watch, then they replay the same video with the text displayed on the screen. "There are 3 types of Real English videos: grammatical, functional, and topical. Begin with these grammatical videos to see how English grammar is actually used by ordinary people being spontaneous and natural."
