I use to believe in love
that was before I met you

I use to believe in a fairytale ending
and dreams coming true

I dreamed of a little wedding
just me and my dream man

my mother and father crying
at the sight of their little girl

Then one day you entered my life
you tore those dreams with one strike

You swore and cursed
at everything I hid

I'm glad I left you
when I did

Now I don't trust guys
