If you are in bad mood or angry kindly follow the below advice
From the deep of my heart I write it to you
But the problem is when we are in this situation; I mean a state of anger or bad mood
We forget it.
I am not going to say read Quran or praying, although Quran & pray is the best way to expelled the anger but unfortunately and to be honest most of us are lazy to do this
The fastest solution is the ABLUTIONS
I do not want to focus on the religious side here it’s just the reality of the personal experience and most of us know it but we do not care, or in some times we Left it out
Please remained this advice and say al7amd llah for the grace of Islam
