Shelter in the heart

When there is a storm outside we run to our houses
as fast as we can
Looking for a shelter and a warm place
But when there is a big storm inside our hearts
?where will we go
?Where will we hide our pain and ask for help
?Where will we find peace and comfort? Can you tell me
He asked. The old man looked at him while he was sitting next to him
waiting for the bus
It was a stormy night and it will rain so soon as the sky rumbling above
them that what the young man thought
The old man looked at him with his big confused eyes. Are you talking to me son
The young man looked at him, with his big smile reveling his white teeth
I am just saying what in my mind with loud voice, please forgive me if I bother you sir
Not at all my son" run to your heart" he said
Excuse me" the young man said and he looked at him before he continues
I told you there is a big storm inside my heart and you tell me to " run to my heart"
How is that ? and the pain inside it is unbearable, the young man add and he
takes a deep breath before
he complete and without he notice what he is doing he takes the old man hands
and put it on his chest, you do not know what is happing inside that little cave now
It is floating with pain and sadness. He whispered his last words with great pain
The old man looked a him with love and great concern
and few moments had passed before he said anything.
How is your heart now? how do you feel? did my hand warms your inner coldness my son.
Your hand !! the young man looked at him with a strange look.
he did not notice that he was squeezing
the old man hand on his heart
I am sorry. I am so sorry, please forgive me.
Did I hurt you ? The young man said
No my son.You did not. all you need is to warm what inside,
that little place you called
" cave " pain exist so do the remedy. light your heart with every great memory you have lived.
and do not look for an excuse, to shut your heart and make it drown in his sorrow.
Take your time and search for your real shelter and trust me you will going to find it.
"Here is the bus". the old man said. It is time for me to leave. He looked at him and said
You will be just fine my son, trust me
and without waiting for the young man to say anything. He left
